no, stay a few more days in December 2015 will end, it is very difficult to bitcoin reached the price of $ 500, maybe bitcoin prices will decline because of the withdrawal or redemption of bitcoin to local currency

bitcoin price will surely go up. it's just a matter of months if not sooner. i do however agree with you that reaching $500 is very difficult. we need to add a lot buy support to keep the price there. if we manage to do that, then we will see the $500 level get stronger and stronger.

I think you are too pessimistic bro.

Sure 500 this year is a no go. But getting to 500 in 2016 is more then likely to happen.

I don't see a very high price movement happening this coming month.

The markets need to adapt and determine a new direction. 2016 will give direction but not right away.

I hope we see this price around january/february.
500 was always hard since the last time it went back so fast to 450.

So let's be realistic and hope we eventually reach 500 USD. It would be really great to have your bitcoins worth 500 USD right.

How did you know their goals? Are you one of them?

500 did not happen this month, maybe next year. Though I am still happy with the current price.

No not this year as there is only 24 hours to go until the year is over and from my calculations bitcoin prices have gone down in the last 2 hours. Does not look to promising for it to rebound in the day that is left of the year.

I guess not, december will end soon, probably drop in the price of BTC will happen, I think bitcoin will remain at $ 400 upwards for this year, next year hoping that the price of BTC could rise again  Grin

Do you mind to tell us what your calculations are? Because it makes zero sense. You probably just look at the charts and see the price went slightly down, and you tell us that it is due to your calculations. Cheesy

Sounds legit, hoewver if we go under 400 usd i don't expect the price to go back to 500 again.
More likely we will see a price around 350 dollar.

The market is good now, and investor did not started to panic sell.

The price can go both ways; up and down. And let me remind you in this market, it's an equal chance.
So my strategy is to stop loss sell at 400 and sell at 480 dollar.

I think that you are mostly correct with your comment; however, I wonder with how much of your BTC stash you are trading?

Are you trading all of your BTC at once and/or leveraging - because if you are doing that, then your plan seems a bit risky because we really should be prepared that bitcoin prices seem to frequently over correct, so if prices shoot past the extremes that you are predicting, then you still should have some skin in the game to either be able to buy more BTC if the price crashes further or to sell more BTC if the price rises beyond your expectations.  No?

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

As the major economies are finding their foot again after years of stagnation, I would assume Bitcoin would rise in value in the year to follow. If it will reach USD 500 in 2016 is hard to predict, but indeed possible. Maybe a more realistic peek would be around the 460 mark.

You seem to be very limited in your imagination.. and even in your rendition of actual factual probabilities.

Maybe I am, who knows - as I said, it's just my prediction. Personally, I would like to see Bitcoins rise in value. But a ~ 25% increase in just 1 year at such a high trading value is mind blowing
