What a game by Ja Morant and Memphis Grizzlies as usual he posterized another big man again, it was exciting to watch especially when you are expecting something to explode on the court, and here it is. They just won the game today and he gets an insane score and a career-high of 52 PTS, 7 REB, 22/30 FGM, 4/4 3 PM.

I was completely surprised with Ja Morant's performance in this last Memphis game.
He is proving to be an excellent player and consequently one of the best in the league.

I believe he will still evolve and acquire a lot of experience, because he is only 22 years old!!

Just keep his focus and be at his best each game he will play.

Ja' is still young and has so much talent. I remember in him the young DRose, speed and skills the kid should prevent himself
in any major injuries and continue to dominate inside this league.

He's really bringing his name high and making his own path, Memphis again, making this franchise very competitive.

Morant is the face of Memphis now, suddenly the team become exciting to watch, and I have no doubt about his talent but I just wish that he will remain healthy so we will always enjoy watching him bringing his team to the playoffs. He is young but he is the leader of the team now.

In a desperate attempt to try and keep the team afloat, the Lakers have released Deandre Jordan and plan to sign D.J. Augustin.  They're saying that Jordan will likely go on to play for the 76ers, who seem to be amassing as much talent as they can to make a run with Joel Embiid, who is playing the best basketball of his career while managing to stay healthy.  I'm not sure if this would be a good move for the Sixers or not, but James Harden and Deandre Jordan are both Brooklyn Nets survivors now of the KD/Kyrie pairing and might be able to bond over that shared experience...

Perhaps they know that they need another big guy to back up Joel. Initially they have Drummond to do that but he was involved in the trade and was doing good with the Nets right now. But DJ is no longer at his prime, so I don't know if he can cover Joel or even help the Sixers. Anyhow, it's good to see that he can still get into a good team despite being released by LA.

Well, if Jordan will be going to the 76ers then he can be a good addition to the team as they need a back-up big aside from Embiid that can substitute him or else they can be like the Suns last season that doesn't have any substitute for Ayton.

I think the addition of Jordan is a good move to him because he can substitute Embiid when he is tired already. The team can't afford him to get injured or even Harden or their chances of getting championship will go down drastically. We know that injuries really is one of the reasons in playoffs why teams are getting lost (Fck Injuries).

The current roster of Memphis Grizzlies composes of young and talented players like Morant, Bane, JJJ, Williams and some veteran like Adams.
If the core players of this team will not be changed in the future, I think this team will be a consistent in getting a playoff spot.

As much as it pains me to say this, I’m disgusted with the Bulls right now. Yes, they still have three of their best players out in Ball, Caruso, and Patrick Williams, but they still keep coming up way short against teams with winning records and pretty much ruining all hope I have for any sort of serious run in the playoffs. I guess we will see but my hope had faded majorly.

Awesome chemistry is now being noticed between James Harden and the Philadelphia 76ers within just a couple of games playing together. They are feel pumped and seeing the whole performance of the Sixers in their last 2 games, it's like James Harden is on their usual game operation for a long.

Can't wait to see them facing the Brooklyn Nets on March 10. It will be at Wells Fargo Center, the home of the Sixers.

I want to see how Sixers fans will react with the return of Ben Simmons in the building.

I've been analyzing, is it just me or does Harden seem to have more chemistry with a big player? Because I confess that during the Rockets he and CP3 couldn't form a great duo

No, what you feel is right. He is always in the spotlight whenever he is paired with a great center. It could be because of the different role. But when it comes to playing with another point guard he seems to be off.
There's a simple play for him and that is to attack the paint and decide if he will shoot or lob it up to the one rolling to the basket and he is good at it.
Fast decision making mid-air or even while being banged hard in the paint.

After Jordan's time with the Clippers, his production is never the same again. I'm not sure if he is a big deal with the Sixers but I don't expect a lot from him, anyways, the team is already getting better with Harden, the addition to the team should not have a big impact.

Right now, I'm only concerned on the consistency of the chemistry of the team, and Harden being a Robin to Embiid should work for now.

Unfortunately (I'm a bulls fan) I think DeMar has already dropped several spots after having a poor game last night and the Bulls continuing to lose versus teams with winning records.  I think Ja Morant now has a better MVP case than DeRozan has.  Unless the Bulls win the East, and start to knock off some of these tougher teams, as well as continue to bump up his points per game, I don't think he stand much of a chance. 

It will be interesting how the Harden trade will effect Emiid's numbers.  It's likely his scoring will begin to drop some.

I do not know how and why and to where, but Lakers are feeling like Lebron at least has some financial value, he is a great player but also has financial value, people come out to watch him, and they could trade him to some team for future assets back. They lost all their picks, and if they could trade Westbrook, AD and Lebron to some team for just some assets, and expiring contracts. Then they could rebuild it like they did during last years of Kobe.

That D'lo, Randle, Lonzo, Ingram, Hart, Clarkson, Kuzma, Caruso type of players are now doing pretty well, if they were all back in Lakers today, they would be doing better than right now. I am not even kidding, those players in the same team today would be doing better than today's Lakers. Hence rebuilding could start as soon as this off season.

And I think Ja is not even on his prime years yet in the NBA, he is still learning but his athleticism? we haven't seen that before, not only his dunks, but his one block shot that really stood up this season. So just imagine if he hits his prime in the next 2 years. Maybe he could be inserted in the discussion for MVP honors that time.

Yes, injuries can kill anyone's career in the NBA, and hopefully with Ja's case it won't happen to him because we wanted to see him more and mature as a player and give us highlights every game. He was hit in the first quarter and I thought it was serious. But he just shrugged it  and then continue to play and score 52 points. And he is one of those players that is hard to guard and if he improved his jump shot he will be a total package.

The most interesting game tonight is Lakers - Mavericks to me. Obviously, Mavericks are the closest team to win this game and bookmakers also are thinking the same. Lakers are trying to stand still thanks to Lebron but he can't do his magic all the time in the end. Lakers are still weak when it comes to having a very solid team play. Mavericks are far better than them in terms of team play. And I really admire Doncic's performance this season too. I expect him to play a big role in this game also and they should be the winner at the end.

I would agree that this is probably the game I'll watch tonight.  Luka Doncic and LeBron James squaring off has in the past led to some incredible stat lines.  I expect both of them will be going for triple doubles tonight.  With all the Lakers drama between their coach and Westbrook starting to hit a boiling point, and LeBron's camp making it known they're disappointed that Russ wasn't traded, it's pretty much a nightmare team situation.  Making it worse, now everyone is saying that Anthony Davis is as good as gone to the Bulls this offseason to get Demar Derozan on the Lakers.  That probably means we'll see Russ offloaded this offseason.  I doubt it will be for John Wall but you never know.  I don't think the Lakers expected so much media coverage of them NOT making the trade just because LeBron wanted them to do it.

Drama drama drama...  This season sure has been full of it.  When LeBron James leaves the league there will definitely be a hole in media coverage.

It was always bound to fail with all these aging stars on one team.  They need to scrap the whole thing, lebron and AD stay everyone else is open game.  They need fresh legs young guys to keep the floor energy up.  Their best bet is to actually miss the playoffs instead of getting embarrassed by either the Jazz or Suns up top.

 I do not understand why it should be impossible. Lebron has only one year left on his contract, and its ending next season. So any team that gets him, will pay for him just for one year, and then he will probably leave to the team that drafts his son. During that single year, I am %100 sure that he would sell more jerseys than the 40+ million dollars he is getting paid. In that situation, why would any team not want him? Some people think that championships and wins are important, but remember that these are businesses in the end, and just like any business they do care about making money. Some people may want to spend a bit more for championship, but they do that to make that money back. Look at GSW, they spent some money and they got that back tenfold even during their down year.
