But he is able to play in only away games which is a big problem for Nets. I hope that he stops being obstinate and takes the covid-19 jab as soon as possible.

Just in case, the team will be in Finals, they will be at a disadvantage of homecourt. If the Finals format will remained as 2-3-2, that's a good advantage for the team as Kyrie Irving will able to play on 3 straight games. But prior discussing their supposed Finals journey, there are 3 stages first that need to pass and playing without Kyrie at home is really a disadvantage for them.

To worked on Kyrie's future missed games especially in the playoffs, others especially Ben Simmons should unleash their inner best.

Simmons needs to cover Kyrie in terms of moving the ball and attracting defense,

They've got additional scorer Curry, Dragic and Mills can do that damage while having a healthy KD, but I guess it's too
early for that, they need to qualify first in the playoffs and beat each team that they'll going to face afterwards we can
discuss that final with Kyrie's concerns.

Simmons’ biggest asset to the nets in my opinion is his defense and rebounding. Him and KD have crazy length and the two of them on the floor at the same time are going to cause problems for offenses. Not to mention both players are matchup nightmares for opponents on the other end. Now that they have Seth Curry to shoot threes and Ben collapsing the floor, they’ve got multiple attack options outside of their former big 3. I like the trade for them and I’m curious if it’s going to work out or be an absolute disaster. We’ll have to wait a bit longer to see, but it does seem like Ben and KD will be back soon.

That has always been his strength, however, he should not only rely on his defensive and rebounding skill, he also has to improve his shooting because we don't want to see him choking especially in the  playoffs because their opponent are playing hack a Simmons to beat them.

That's some stats for Nikola Jokic securing a win for the Denver Nuggets.
35 minutes. 38 points. 18 rebounds.  Shocked 7 assists. This dude is trying to lock the MVP award for him.
Foul trouble, that's the Kings' issue when defending the MVP candidate. Alex Len is not too careful at how he guards him and they don't have a backup center. Lyles tried but not enough to stop the monster. Fox chased the lead but he lacks time even if he can do it all. 32 points for the fastest guy in the league.

After dealing with his mental problem, now Simmons is having a back problem. What the F is wrong with that dude? I'm thinking that he doesn't wanna play at all with his new team but... well I hope that isn't the case.

Ben is a talented guy, but he doesn't want to play at all. I mean, if a player had really loved basketball, then he wouldn't have missed almost the entire season due to far-fetched "mental" problems. By the way, there are rumors that he will travel with the team to Philadelphia, and he will probably be present on the bench. To be honest, I don't know how the 76ers' fans will react to his appearance, but there will probably be a lot of hate towards him.

No doubt about that, Ben can be an asset to every team because he is talented but I think his really growing his head now. With all the fuss he made and he thinks that he's such an important player, well he is good but he is also not good for any team because he can drop them anytime he wants just because he's having another mental problems towards his new team. He already had a history about it and I don't think that the league will forget about that.

Jokic is playing very well, he is one of the best players of this year. He almost made a triple-double, narrowly missed. He contributes a lot to the score in his team and does good work in defense. I think he is the most important player that has made the Denver Nuggets so successful, he is really valuable.
Hope we see Jokic is MVP Smiley

I will be in favor for Jokic this season. He's playing at a very high level. Though the battle for the 3 big men as they race through the MVP is quite tough since Giannis and Embiid also have a great performance this season.
However, with Jokic's ability to make plays and his passing abilities, he'll be the most qualified for me.

On the other hand, how do you guys react with the Lakers vs Rockets tonight. LeBron didn't shoot a "supposed to be" game winning reverse lay up, but he passes it to Carmelo instead which eventually missed the jumper lol.
This is one of the reason why these guys are losing SMH.

Jokic is literally carrying his team and with how he is playing, I'm thinking that he deserves the MVP more than Embiid.
Embiid has a higher PPG but in terms of efficiency and other stats such as Rebounds and FG %, Jokic has better numbers than him. I think the MVP race this season will be between Jokic and Embiid.

A near triple double again for him. I also hope that he will win this year's MVP so he can get a back-to-back MVP's which I think he deserves right? Smiley

Looks like another extraordinary season for the Joker which means he has the chance to win back-to-back MVP which few of the veteran players can do in their respective time. As you can see, he has more percentage to win the MVP award this season because he plays in an MVP caliber. The other players on the list like Ja Morant will have a chance to climb to the top once they improved their games and have some less injury in the next season to come.

He has that good chance to win again the MVP, though votes and stats will be the big factors to win that award.

Competition for winning the season's MVP is tight between players known names like Embiid and Morant are still candidates competing

against Jokic, we may see other names aside from them and who knows, someone from behind will snatch the award against those

Mentioned names. Still a race for each candidate who is performing well in this season.

Yes, and it will be a close fight for the MVP race again, I doubt that there will be no unanimous MVP because it will be close between him and Joel Embiid. But I do agree that it we weight the totally of the statistics, Jokic ha a good number overall. And then he is carrying the team with himself alone, as compare to Joel who has Harden. So for me, he deserves to win back to back, just saying.

I was really delighted with the Rockets - Lakers game last night. Rockets managed to win by 139-130 after overtime. The competition was so hard even though Rockets are one of the worst teams of the season. And this loss caused Lakers to be in a little more troubling condition in the regular season. They are really under the danger of staying out of the playoff zone. In this game, Westbrook was one of the most impressive players at Lakers. He had 30 points. And Lebron made a delightful triple-double by 23 points, 14 rebounds, 12 assists.

It's nice to mention the stats from the winning team. lol.. The Lakers are really inconsistent, after beating the Warriors, they lose to one of the worst teams in the NBA. Things could be different if Lebron choose to shoot the ball when he drive than pass it to Melo, with that move he was criticized like he idolize Ben Simmons.

Chicago Bulls finally break their five game losing streak, though they ended up beating the Detroit Pistons who aren’t very good, so not like it as a signature win but it was still nice to see them finally snap that streak. Hopefully they can string a few together to try and boost their playoff seeding as we head in to the stretch here.

They almost lose that game again if they were not able to have a strong comeback win in the 4th quarter.

DeRozan was huge in this game, he contributed 36 big points, and at the same time, Vucevic and Lavine also added 21 and 25 points respectively.
Maybe this could be the start of their winning streak.  Smiley

Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks

That's some stats for Nikola Jokic securing a win for the Denver Nuggets.
35 minutes. 38 points. 18 rebounds.  Shocked 7 assists. This dude is trying to lock the MVP award for him.
Foul trouble, that's the Kings' issue when defending the MVP candidate. Alex Len is not too careful at how he guards him and they don't have a backup center. Lyles tried but not enough to stop the monster. Fox chased the lead but he lacks time even if he can do it all. 32 points for the fastest guy in the league.

Smiley

That also as well will make the chances of him winning the MVP title again increases.
The fact that he is the only one carrying the team with no all-star player beside him and they are the 6th spot is just amazing already. Also seeing the record of both 76ers and Nuggets as of this moment, the Nuggets are 2 losses only behind the 76ers.

With regards to unanimous MVP, I don't think that it will happen or it will happen again but maybe in the next years but not this year. When Steph got the unanimous MVP, its pretty obvious at that time because that is the time where the Warriors are just sweeping teams after teams and he is performing at an all-star level that season. Now many players are competing from it but I'm betting for Jokic to win with the title as long as his performance will retain like how he is playing right now or as long as he will not get injured.

What's important is they win and break their losing streak. Being down big time is just a flow of the game, but a good team always comes back as they know that the end is what matters the most, and they got the W they are looking for.

If Bulls continue to lose games, that would still not make them lose their chance in the playoffs because they positioned themselves already in a comfortable rank, just like the Warriors, why they are not criticized when they also have a long losing streak before their latest win.

Rockets beat Lakers unexpectedly and Alperen Şengün broke his career high by 21 points and 14 rebounds. Jalen Green put 32 and Josh Christopher 21. This young Rockets team look promising. If they get a good player from draft then rebuilding may pay-off well.
LeBron made another triple double and Westbrook put 30 but this unexpected loss might be a problem for their play-off chances. They should win as many matches as possible. Only six games left, I guess they need at least four wins. They have potential to do that but it won't be easy.

After watching the Rockets a couple of games I like watching them.  They play loose and if they grab one more stud in the draft this year they can be good real fast.  Grab a couple good vet leaders in free agency and they could be right in the mix in the West.  Jalen finally looks like it's coming together for him after a slow start to the season.

A lot of hype when Jalen comes in the NBA and there are some NBA analyst who says that he could be the rookie of the year, but he was injured in the beginning so it's very unfortunately that he is out of the race. Nevertheless his team mate Christian Wood might get the ROTY. As for the Lakers, Westbrook has a good game and Lebron too, but it wasn't enough against as they fell short.

Well, Lakers also performed bad, especially on the defence. But Houston also did really good, I agree with the young team's promising future. Green and Christopher, who are 20 years old, and the 19-year-old Sengun look indeed very promising about the Rockets' future. They performed quite good as rookies. Lebron and Melo defended Sengun and Sengun did not bad.

Lebron's shooting was not so good, even though his triple double. If couple of more shots were in, things could be different for the Lakers. Nevertheless, Rockets were surprisingly fought good and deserved the win. Hard times ahead for Lakers.
