It really seems like Westbrook's days in LA is going to end and he'll be traded anytime soon. And Malik Monk is gradually becoming the key for their success. The Lakers just need to trust Monk more in the offensive end, and of course they need to maintain a good defense.

Yeah, this performance by Russ was one of the most disgusting of this season. Nevertheless, it's unlikely that the Lakers' management will decide to trade him before the deadline. By the way, it's worth paying tribute to Vogel as he decided to put Westbrick on the bench in overtime. It seems to me that it was a key decision in this match.

Yeah, lots of meme know about Vogel benching Russ, but it's effective as they won the game so it is what it is. Perhaps this will be the new strategy for now, if Davis and Monk are performing above expectations, and to cut the turnovers, Vogel should bench Russ more often.

It is a drastic action but who knows, this might the issue all along. Keeping Russ in Lakers uniform, he should be traded, in my opinion.

I read somewhere that Westbrook is fine with him being bench by coach Vogel. He goes in line after the fans like, it is ok if he get heckled because he misses a shot or committing turn over or being bench in the fourth.

That's the scenario I'm seeing, they will probably rebuild and I think it will be best possible if they will let go of Lillard, try to experiment with a new player that could lead the team, Lillard is the most valuable asset of the team, for sure they can acquire someone that is as good or better than him in a trade, and probably that will solve the problem with chemistry or whatever it is.

It's just a devastating event because they were top 1 last year and now they are sinking just because KD is injured. They will not gonna miss because there's a play-in tournament which I think they will win due to their good experience in the playoffs. Lebron never missed a playoffs with some superstars playing with him, so they maybe are struggling now but the playoffs should be a different story.

Indeed, this is WB's worst season in his 14 year career and honestly I don't know what's his problem anymore because he ain't that consistent anymore unlike his recent years. This is the thing about the current situation. We are talking about a situation where people are buying into Lakers vs Nets finals at the start of the season, and since we know that probably won't happen, we do not really know what's going on. I know that it is not an easy thing to do but that doesn't mean that we can't adjust.

I just know that Lakers and Nets will not be in the finals, so who will be? Suns and Warriors from west looks like the two best candidates easily, Heat, Bulls, Bucks all look like they are doing fine but none of them are clearly better than the other, so I can't really say who will be from the east, a bit depends on the trades that will happen as well. Trade deadline is approaching very quickly and teams would need to make changes in order to reach to a place where they could actually make sense in order to go to finals.

Heat's next game is going to be with Wizard who is at 11th place. Heat has played so well in the recent matches and now it has reached the 1st place in the  table. Besides the win counts, other points gained lifted them up to 1st place. Hope tomorrow, Heat is going to add up another win but anything can happen as Wizard is not a poor team to win so. I don't post so much in this thread because i dont see the whole NBA games i follow Denver when Campazzo plays, and also see another games and all the results, but i have one question for all of us, idk if your are USA citizen so have the mind of play like NBA or have  a FIBA brain.

It happens to me that when I see Denver, I notice that Malone does not know how to handle a point guard in the FIBA world like Campazzo, much less having an MVP like Jokic who plays everything as a point guard, etc.

8th straight losses and now they are on the 7th spot. They can still do it but every game will be a crucial one. They need to win as many games as they could or if possible every game. Durant's return has no date yet and he will not even play in the All Star. They should manage to snatch a win but their schedule might make it impossible.
Tomorrow will be up against the Celtics (Kyrie Irving out because its a home game), Wizards and Heat where Kyrie could play then Kings, out again.

I think that the most attention getting game of the night is going to be Chicago Bulls - Phoenix Suns. They both are one of the best teams in their conferences now. Especially Suns are the best team in this season so far. They lost only 10 times and have a really good form recently. These two teams are going to play against each other for the first time in this season and I wonder what will happen. I still see Bulls as the more advantageous side. Maybe Suns are not easy to be stopped but Bulls are one of the teams that can do this.
