James Harden still hasn't started to play at 76ers. They played a home game against Thunder last night and won. There is some kind of feeling in me that Harden will be more successful there. I mean the team will perform better compared to Harden's time at Nets. I'm still hoping Harden to win at least one title. He has had a great career in terms of individual statistics so far. But he has won zero title unfortunately. We will see if he will make it at 76ers.

There was a visible problem when Harden was at Nets. There was more than one player who got a leader character. And this was causing some conflicts in the team. Now he can play freely and lead his new team. And I'm expecting him to make a good duo with Embiid there. Harden would play as a point guard and Embiid would score like always. This would bring an extra power to Sixers. They are already doing very nice in the regular season and they can perform better than this in the playoffs like this.

Yeah, I witness the success of the Nets early last season, but due to the injuries of Irving and Harden, their playoffs weren't successful (not as we all expected). Harden will be more successful there since can be a shooter and at the same time passer but the team itself? I'm not pessimistic about them but I don't think that they can win a title this year and let's take note that they have the one of the best and at the same time choking coach .

I want Harden to win a title and he almost got it in his first year in Brooklyn but because of injuries, he didn't get it. Well, he might get it in 76ers but still not this year but lets see. I might be wrong with my prediction.

Why players hates Harden ? I don't see anything funny when both LeBron and KD drafted the guys to AllStar game and it's the 3rd year in a row when this guys are making fun of Harden and I don't get it. Ok , he is the type of player who wants the ball for himself ...but this doesn't mean he's a bad team player. I mean , in football , Messi and Ronaldo always want their ball on their foot but no one really come and says anything to them ? why ? because they are winning games and so does Harden when they let him do his thing.

Don't get me wrong, I love basketball but sometimes this sport lacks too much fair-play.

After the big trade, I wonder how James Harden is going to perform as of his first game with 76ers. Maybe we can see him in the starting five tonight against Thunder. Currently, Thunder are one of the miserable teams and I don't expect them to compete with 76ers much. If Harden gets accustomed to his new team quickly, I will be eyeing 76ers in the playoffs too. Maybe they don't seem to be a big candidate for the title but they can still achieve a good success this season.

Well, Harden himself asked for the trade so I have no doubt that James Harden will have a hard time adjusting with 76ers, I mean, Harden is smart and for sure he knows what he's doing and a yes Embiid was already there but I also do think that Harden will be a good additional asset to the team.
Harden didn't play today against the OKC and he ain't either expected to show tomorrow against the Cavaliers, I think there's some formalities that he need to attend first and practice with the 76ers before playing the actual live games. Just my thought though

Remember how Drexler and Olajuwon build a good foundation for the Houston before, if MJ didn't comeback they might have a grand-slam during those years.

If Embiid is more on the title chase, he might learn more from Harden. Sixers will surely benefit with this trade if they will maximize
Harden's talent.

I suppose they will do just fine, there's no history that Embiid has a narrow mind to take Harden for granted. Embiid + Harden tandem will be a threat in the league now and currently the 76ers sits on the 5th spot on the East but this won't be long. These two players will lead the 76ers to the playoffs, I have no doubt about it.

Well, the trade has been done and it can't be altered anymore seems that was the Nets wanted in the first place since they let him go, let's assume that was the reason. Hope he do feel good and lead the Sixers to a ring this year if that was also Harden wanted, and hope as well that there wouldn't be conflict anymore in this leader character.

Embiid and Harden has altercations in the past during games but wishing them well that it's all over now and they moved on.

Joel Embiid just acquired a new skill. Being an "actor". Well, it helps when you are in this kind of league to avoid issues at your own backyard. Make it look like you love Harden now and suddenly you hate Ben Simmons for the improvement of the team, mentally.
That's not what he said last week, it was he (Embiid) trying to get him back to play. He is just the same as him, they both want to be the star of the team and it became a conflict.

Ben Simmons will be on a new number (10) this season in the Brooklyn,  Ben Simmons had been on number 25  all through the beginning  of his career, i think the reason he will be on a new in the Brooklyn is because 25 is not available for him. I think it was because he came back to the game after doing some baseball experiment and his number was taken and that is why he went with number 45 for a while. As soon as it was available, he switched back to 23.

However, if we were to talk about greats of the game having 2 numbers, Kobe never even switched teams and still changed his number from 8 to 24 so it should not be really a big deal for anyone else, we all know Lebron has 23 and 6 as well which was used in multiple places in multiple times. So, I would guess that changing your numbers is not a big deal for many players, and it should be fine in this case as well and not a big deal.

But actions speak louder than words. We saw exactly what Harden did with the Brooklyn Nets by essentially pretending to have an injury to sit out games. It was clear that he wanted out as he was fed up with Kyrie being unavailable for half the games and Durant injured.

I don't think that either the Nets or the 76ers will be competing for the championship or be in the finals this year anyway, so this trade may be less important than we imagine as fans.

The Warriors have won 8 of their last 10 games, while the Lakers have only won 3 of their 10 games. So the result of this match will be expected. Besides, Westbrick should be back tonight, which means the Lakers won't have a chance to win. I'm kidding.
By the way, the Blazers vs. Knicks game ended recently, and it was impressive. The Knicks led by 15 points after the end of the 3rd quarter, but the Blazers were able to make an incredible comeback in the 4th quarter and won this match.

^ Warriors won. Klay was hot during the 4th quarter and claimed another 30+ points game after being on a slump for 2 and a half years.
This is the Klay we miss and now slowly he is coming back from what he's used to be. Curry on the other hand is still having trouble finding his target with just 1/8 at the 3 point line.
The headline though is Lebron missing the first shot of three free throws that could've been a game tier for overtime. That may have felt bad for him.

What a thriller game we have between GSW and LA. Credit should be given to Klay Thompson who hits those 3 down in the clutch. It was a back and forth game, GSW taking the lead early but then Lakers coming back an even took a good lead at 6 in the fourth. But GSW will not let having a 3rd straight lost, I think the block on Thompson by Austin Reeves really woke him up and hitting those setup 3 point shoot at every corner. He leads the team with 33 big points.
