Lebron leading BOTH teams in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks equates to Finals MVP. Irving made that crucial 3 pointer but that won't be a tied game or tied series if Lebron didn't do the hard work. Lebron nearly had a triple-double average during the past 3 wins with a 36 point-per-game and not a 10-10-10 kind of triple-double. Plus I'm not sure if you guys saw it, Iguodala fouled Lebron prior to the block. That is when Lebron drove and tried a layup on the left side of the ring. Replay was shown that Iggy got away with the foul.

Clearly there's much hate in Lebron that even if he provided most of the work while Irving finished it up made people think that Irving should be the MVP. Same logic if you're playing those computer games where you got a teammate who does the heavy lifting and doing the most most damage to your enemies then all you have to do is the finishing touches and go for the last kill.

Congratulations to Cleveland Cavaliers to become the champion on NBA 2016. What a result though, comeback and win 3 streak games versus Warriors.
Only the cavs set that in history winning after they were in 3-1 deficit and force a game 7 and win the championship.
Thanks to thier gurad kyrie who carried them from game 5 to 7..and hes my mvp
Irving is great in the finals but it was Lebron who dominated at all ends of the floor. Lebron got the most rebounds, assists, and points among teammates and he is the leader of the group so he deserves to be named as Finals MVP.

And his beastmode performance was not limited to a few games. He dominated scoring, rebounds, assist in all the seven games in the finals. So there is no doubt he is the final MVP. If you are arguing that kyrie irving made the sealing shot of the game 7, then there is even no game 7 if lebron did not became the beast on games 1 to 6.

Clutch plays was made both by Lebron and Irving but in overall stats Lebron dominates the whole finals game for the CAVS.

Factor of being a Finals MVP was not only based on hero of the last minute in the last game but for the whole finals series + whole last game stats.

Yes, I guess people just want to discredit Lebron. Once a hater, will always be a hater I guess.

Let us stop hating lebron for what he did before when he left the cavaliers. Lebron has already redeemed himself when he gave the cavs its very first championship. Iguodala even tweeted that we should stop hating lebron. He deserves our respect now for what he did in the finals series. He just showed us that he is the best player of this era.

All Cavs on the floor deserves all the credit. Looks like you are one of the people that can't still move on to your GSW's loss. NBA is an annual game. You can cheer again next year.

What's new, it's hard to argue with these haters anyway, let them be and save yourself from stress in dealing with them as most of them can no longer be changed.

He is the first player in NBA history to lead all players in all five categories for an entire playoff series https://twitter.com/ESPNStatsInfo/status/744727515579752448

Yeah, Irving's last shot three points is really important on that match. It's make Warriors lose on this match. I thought that last match will go to over time though.

I really hope that referees won't fuck that game up. It's Game 7, show some respect to players' efforts. I checked last 3 Game 7 finals and all scores were so low. Considering both teams' situation it's wise to play under 207.5 points for this game.

This is final and a deciding one, so I think going for under might end up in a loss.
I would bet for Over 209.5 if I were at your place as both the teams will be on fire having Curry and James as their attacking players.

Sorry but I'm not sorry for your loss. I warned you with statistics. All Game 7 finals finish with low points. We saw how players choked, Golden State couldn't even find a point in last 4:30. You deserved this loss, you shouldn't bet again for NBA.

Yeah his shot was really important but Steph curry had to answer back with a three of his own because he is know for that kind of stuff.
But it was not mend to be that way, the Cavs have won it fair and square and there is nothing you can take away from them.

Curry is not 100% on thier last 2 games, he cant even make a three even its all clear.
I think  curry feels so nervous when kyrie irving made that game winning three.

Curry is not 100% on thier last 2 games, he cant even make a three even its all clear.
I think  curry feels so nervous when kyrie irving made that game winning three.

Curry is inconsistent even back in their Oklahoma City Thunders playoffs game. Good thing Klay Thopmson is always on the run and one of the reason why they don't say goodbye to NBA prior to the finals.

Free Agency in the NBA starts July 1st, I wonder if Durant will go to WAshington or a team in California or jsut stick with the Thunder. I think he will leave the Thunder since Westbrook's contract is up next year, who will also leave!

I hope durant will go to the lakers so the lakers will be exciting team to watch again. Durant is good but he needs also a very good team that could compete in the NBA Finals champion team and I think with lakers new young players they can work out with durant for the new system.

I don't think durant will choose lakers, durant needs championship to prove that to himself that he is a great player. If he goes to the lakers, the chances are very low, I think he needs to joined the Atlanta Hawks to make the team more stronger.

atlanta or miami will do for KD if he's aiming for the crown he needs someone who can let him to play like a star unlike westbrook always wanted to be more famous rather to win the crown.
