How about the Utah Jazz? They won 2 consecutive games now. They have a healthy roster and they are trying to get back on the map. If they can manage to continue this into a streak then they might position themselves to the number 8 and steal it from either the Rockets or the Suns.

Utah has been performing very well in the last ten games. They have lost only twice in the last ten matches and will now play six matches at home. If they win all six matches, they will easily come to the seventh and eighth places.
Utah shows us the best example of team play. There is no basketball player on the Utah team that I consider to be a star, or rather I have never heard of before.
From now on, I will keep a close eye on Utah. An important team in betting games in my opinion.

Heat was better even without Jimmy Buckets. Balanced first half but Heat took control in third quarter. Herro and Adebayo did the job well.

Their roster has depth and they can play together so Jimmy's absence isn't felt that much but I don't think the team is better without him. Bench players like Jovic or Highsmith can fill his position from time to time but nobody can do it consistently. Even Robinson couldn't.

Jaime Jaquez Jr.'s development is going pretty good. He plays as he isn't drafted from 18th but top 8.

This is probably the result of completing college basketball before entering the NBA. The foundation is already there.

So true! I didn't have any hope for Utah playing away games but lately this team is on fire no matter who they play. Last night it was the perfect example of why Utah is a top team right now and by all means , they barely played in Q3 because if they were serious in that quarter , the score would have been over 40 for them against Bucks.

Also , I must mention Suns as well because this team is way overrated right now and I think a split might be upon them.

Exactly, we've seen how Jimmy carry the team when it's needed and tbh he's really different when playoffs is coming. The good thing about their depth is that it's versatile and their are lot of role players they can count on plus Coach Spo is a better tactician

Even Lebron commended on the way Coach Ty Lue is managing the Clippers and they really figure it out now. Will not doubt the championship thing considering they are a championship contender already in the moment but let's hope they'll get healthy especially when playoffs come because that's when shit happens on this team.

For me, I think the Clippers had already figured out how to play with the right chemistry, they have the stars and are winning games now, so we can see that it's a positive development of a team that is full of superstars. Yes, they haven't reach the finals yet, but they'll try to make it one step at a time, last time they were only able to reach the WCF, it's just unfortunate that Leonard was injured that time, because if he was healthy, I'm sure they'll be the one that would play the Bucks back then and could potentially beat them.

Now is the best time for Leonard, as long as "Harden, PG, and Westbrook" are healthy, for me, they are the team to bet.

I don’t know if I’d call them the team to beat but they have been playing great lately. After a rocky start they seem to have quickly figured out how to make it work. If they can continue to improve and maybe bolster their bench a little bit, they have a shot at a deep playoff run. To be fair, he isn't the type of player that is known for his lethal shooting, a broken hand for Herro seems like a worse deal and he came back, so I am sure that Ja would come back too, I think a knee injury or an ACL would have been much worse for him, a shoulder one doesn't feel like that terrible for him.

He is also one of the more athletic players in the league right now, a high flying super fast player, and I think he is young enough that he could continue his career like nothing happened. If he was 30 years old or more, then it could have been a problem, but he is young enough to overcome this easily. That is a good point that it wasn't a knee injury so it's not like he couldn't possibly come back and be his old high flying self.  My concern is that he is a young guy, still learning and getting better.  Being out this long will certainly have a negative effect on his skills and with his off-court habits he could get completely out of shape.  With so much of his game relying on his athleticism and that only getting worse as he ages, being out this long could be the difference between being the most athletic player in the league to being on par with everyone else, only way undersized.  I hope he has people around him making sure he's keeping in playing shape.  If he got injured after missing a couple dozen games, imagine how bad it could be when he comes back after a year.

Although Memphis Grizzlies is currently at the bottom of the NBA standing, it's not that the absence of Ja Morant will have a big impact on them the whole season. Last season, if you guys remember, the Grizzlies were even better when Morant was out or should I say, their win-loss percentage with or without Morant on the floor is just balanced.

With Morant's long suspension and absence from several Grizzlies' games, their players are now used to playing without Morant. Though there is no doubt that Morant is the main guy in the Grizzlies, his absence can be covered by some of their good role players like Desmond Bane, Jaren Jackson, and Marcus Smart.

Feel bad for what happened to Morant in his career. Aside from his problematic behavior and sometimes exercising his bragging rights, he's now facing a bad injury or maybe worse, as that shoulder injury might likely change his usual athletic playing style.

Memphis is hosed, they stunk this year without ja.  Desmond bane is a good Robin he isn't a batman.  And jarren Jackson is a nice 3rd piece.  They gonna miss the playoffs without ja and Steven adams.  Unless they make some sort of trade their season is over.  Ja unfortunately did this to himself being young and dumb.

That's goodbye for the Memphis Grizzlies playoff chance.
I won't blame the NBA for sitting him that long which could be the culprit for this injury. It's Ja's fault too because he can still play on his own if he wants to but if he did just rest for that long suspension then I guess this will happen. I think this will be the worst injury Ja Morant will have in his career. Also, this will be the worst season for the Grizzlies after they received Ja from the draft pick.
Some Pistons fans are saying they are burning Cade Cunningham while they keep on losing at every game. That's after he went out with what looks like a knee injury against their opponent the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. He will be re-evaluated in 10 days but according to reports it's not that serious or it's not like a season-end injury. Well, he must be exhausted at shouldering everything for the Pistons. Obviously, that dude needs some help and he is not getting it from his teammates.
I bet the Pistons will pile up more losses again, especially without him.

This is a possibility, I have been researching this type of injury and depending on the situation it could be more serious than you imagine... the subluxation could affect the player's movement, ball handling and his shot as well (mentioned by @xLays just above), and not to mention that, unfortunately, the shoulder won't be like it used to be (depending on the severity of the injury), as it won't be 100% like it was before.
