It’s normal to hook on Lakers and Warriors game because they have the most popular players in the League right now while they are already gaining momentum on their first round playoffs.
I’m excited to see one of them will be against OKC to proved whether OKC is really strong team despite facing veteran team that is on momentum.
West matches are all so good to watch compared to Eastern conference.
But do you think the Golden State Warriors have more chances to win in the series if they face the OKC Thunder instead of the Lakers? Recent matches of the OKC Thunder vs the Lakers before the playoffs started were 1 win for the LA Lakers and 1 win for the OKC Thunder. For me, I'm hook with Golden State Warriors instead of Lakers if they will face OKC Thunder. Honestly, This is what I’m looking forward and my guess will be 50-50 since I value experience over stats of the team before playoffs. Individual stats will make OKC a better team including their team work. My only worry is how they will perform on best of 7 match against team that has no pressure on playing in playoffs matches unlike OKC that has a history of chocking. My bet will goes to GSW if I will place a bet on this match.

We are gonna see a comeback iin their home from the Milwaukee bucks? Or we are gonna just see a super win swiping the floor by the Indiana Pacers?
Is incredible how the Bucks years after their best outcome and trading some good players cant make a good team in the pitch.

Gobert is the biggest flop on this match. He only recorded 6rebs and 6 points despite Lakers doesn’t have any good center to match up with him.
A big man that doesn't look like one. I'm not sure what happened to their play style, it should rotate in the inside while looking some free outsides. They've got also Reid in the inside and it seems that they're just doing whatever they can. It worked though but they have to have a system that works inside the paint and maximize the bigness of Gobert and so they get to have more chance of rebounds. In terms of roster, they have advantage if it's about rebounding but it's not all about that, but I am sure many will understand the importance of that play and role. With him taking the advantage inside he may create space for their scorers, it more on the coach side if how they'll be able to maximize the use of him, they need to maximize he's full potential he needs to help as he got the advantage Lakers don't have that big to match him up ANT and Randle can drop the ball in him inside and take that easy dunk. More on adjusting to a system that may allow them to rotate and not for their superstars to keep on attacking and producing offense but to play as a team and find that open man to take high percentage attempts. Yes, that's what it should be. But well, I'm not an experienced coach but by watching that, Chris should have seen that during the game and he needs to step up and make use of Gobert and other big men wholly. That's what the Lakers are lack of and if they want to win, they have to take advantage of that. Well, I want to see Lakers move to the next bracket but if they can utilize each of their players with the roles that they possess, it's gonna be easy for them. And all they have to do against Luka is a tough guy that can chase and do pure defense.

This is the match up I'm more interested in of all the games being played today, Anthony Edwards have been taunted a lot over this past month especially with the child support stuff he's got going on. And we all know if there is anything bigger than Ant's ego or even his d***, it's clearly his mouth, he never backs down, I just hope he'll keep it much more together.
Lebron and Luka have definitely got to respond bigger and bolder here, I think they will.
The Lakers have responded, although Edwards try to do his best as he had that one crazy dunk against Hayes, it's not enough for them to overcome the big lead that Luka and the Lakers have put early. And then one of the player that help them secure that big win in the first game had foul trouble, Naz Reid. So Anthony Edwards is quiet in this game, can't do anything or taunt Luka or trash talk the whole Lakers because they've lost. On the contrary if was Luka who are taunting the whole Wolves them. Lakers set the tone for the game from the very first quarter and it just about their game management from there on, and they actually did a pretty good with that. There wasn't much Anthony Edwards could by himself in this game, although he looked to lack confidence in the 4th quarter, he made a number of questionable trying to look for a open guy where there isn't any on his way to the rim, most of those plays would have yielded better outcome if he actually went all the way. We now have a series on our hands with one game apiece.

The New York Knicks almost completed a crazy comeback for the second game in a row. Unfortunately they ran out of steam right at the end. The Pistons led pretty much the entire game but the Knicks came back to tie it with less than 30 seconds to go. That’s as far as they could go though with the Pistons evening up the series 1-1.
KAT is performing less impact that’s why Knicks is struggling on this series. They are weak on both offensive and defensive rebound while KAT can’t penetrate the paint seems he is heavily guarded and seems like his hands is too greasy for always losing the ball at hand when he rebound. Knicks should dominate this game if KAT play the way he was intended for his role. Timberwolves do a pretty job on trading him and get more asset that helps ANT now. I think Pistons will win the series if KAT will not improved. If I'm being honest, I don't really care for most of the playoff stories this year. The only team I'm really watching is the Lakers, along with keeping an eye on the Jimmy Buckets Warriors. LeBron and Luka has to be the story of the year though and they're both usually pretty good playoff performers. I think they redeem themselves tonight and beat the Timberwolves, but you never know. Anthony Edwards can go off at any time and change the game. I still think this is Luka's time though and if I were betting on a winner at this point, it would be the Lakers. I should note that before the season the Timberwolves were my pick to win it all (I wouldn't have made this pick after the KAT trade). A big part of it is also that I was raised on the west coast. The Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, and Phoenix Suns will have a soft spot in my heart as a result. Although when it comes down to it, the Sacramento Kings were my first love. I also know I excluded the Clippers because, well, nobody likes the Clippers. Yesterday was good NBA basketball. I'm a bit tired with the current matchups though. Looking forward to round 2 when the matchups will start to get spicy.

Just want to see OKC get tested even if they won't be a match for the Celtics if they reach the finals

I do not think that they we will see a comeback from them. Lillard did play in their last game but they still fell short. Maybe they can win some games against the Pacers, but that's it. It could be 4-2 in the end. It was a different team obviously, they have given their core and probably thought that it was a good move to reset everything and just keep Giannis. But maybe Giannis too might be opting to get out of the Bucks and move to another team. He is still very young and obviously wanted to win more championship. But with the current player surrounding him right now, it might not happen.

For sure if they can managed that or utilized that advantage then they've got a upper hand against the Lakers which is lacking for the big man, like what I've said Ant and Randle and those gunners who can provide offensive help can drop the ball inside as they've got Gobert to make that easy basket, and as for Luka, that kid is really amazing he can takeover and his offensive abilities are really tough to guard, Wolves coach needs to put someone who can sacrifice knowing that Luka will always give a pain in the ass whoever will going to guard him.

I do not think that they we will see a comeback from them. Lillard did play in their last game but they still fell short. Maybe they can win some games against the Pacers, but that's it. It could be 4-2 in the end.
Lillard did struggle with his shot (4-13 FG), but he’ll likely bounce back at home. Remember what the Bucks did in the 2021 Finals? They were down 0-2 but won four straight to claim the title. To all Bucks backers here ... keep the faith. As long as Giannis plays at MVP level, this team always has comeback potential.

How about the Clutch Player of the Year this season? The award goes to Jalen Brunson, https://x.com/BrettSiegelNBA/status/1915172981552165238/photo/1To be honest, I wasn't able to follow him this season and so maybe someone can fill me in as why he is the runaway winner for this year? I can search on Youtube for his highlights, but I guess there are fans of NYK here that has a lot of ideas of his close up games. Not saying that he didn't deserved this award, but maybe some fans have other thoughts? like for example a good case for Trae Young perhaps?

Definitely we can't compare that version of the Bucks as compare to today, Buddy Hield is no longer with them, he is a good defender and can lock up any PG or SG and then they have the prime Khris Middleton (pre-injury) and is clutch and then have a good defensive mindset under coach Mike Budenholzer. Now, they only have Giannis, Lillard is no longer at his prime, they swap Middleton to a young Kyle Kuzma who is still a non-factor and probably just another player in the league. While the Pacers have built this team for years, have been gone on a playoff run last season so they improved a lot and that's why they are the favorite in this series. So I do agree that the Pacers will win this series and another frustrating year for Giannis to exit in the first round.

I am not convinced, it should be Nikola Jokic who should have been awarded with that. I know that Jalen Brunson is a good player as well but we typically see these clutch plays with Jokic. Crucial times or not, he does it naturally. How did the votes go, just online?

The Celtics game went about as I expected it would go. Kristaps Porzingis got a nasty gash on his head and was bleeding everywhere. That was probably the highlight of the game. The Magic never really threatened to win the game.

Too early for this. Steph and Butler still doesn’t making any big move since Kerr is doing a balance rotation on his roster including Kuminga. Warriors main run will be the 2nd half since Rockets main guy is already playing more minutes now while Rockets lead is just 14 with 2 quarters remaining. This is the advantage of Warriors on teams that has no reliable second unit players. Edit: Butler Got injured. This is bad for Warriors

Indeed that's a different lineup which composed of 2-way players like Jrue Holiday and PJ Tucker both players gave Giannis aid to Giannis as they really good in defending stars, I used to remember how Tucker defend KD when they meet in the second round, those kinds of defense helps them to reched and earn the title. Though let see how Dame will respond with that poor performance knowing him there's always a surprise with Giannis putting everything and trying to win it will be a different situation when playing at home.

This is bad for Warriors Definitely think Amen Thompson should have been ejected from the game for a foul on Butler. No push from Draymond whatsoever and he just crashed into him mid air. Hoping this injury doesn't keep him out for too long or else the warriors season is over.

I hope Jimmy comes back soon. The Warriors probably aren’t a playoff team without him and I don’t think they can get to the next round without him. The injury looked painful but not like he broke or tore anything, so I don’t think he’ll miss more than one game, if even that.

We are gonna see a comeback iin their home from the Milwaukee bucks? Or we are gonna just see a super win swiping the floor by the Indiana Pacers?
Is incredible how the Bucks years after their best outcome and trading some good players cant make a good team in the pitch.
I still believe that the Bucks can tie the series and defend their home in Games 3 & 4. That will be the case AS LONG AS Lillard will be playing. If not, the Bucks has no chance against the Pacers. The problem with the Pacers is that they aren't a good defensive team at all so if the Bucks can somehow manage to maximize that weakness of them, they will get wins. I don't see a sweep here, but many are favoring the Pacers to win now on this series. The Butler injury was a dirty play. I hope Jimmy comes back soon. The Warriors probably aren’t a playoff team without him and I don’t think they can get to the next round without him. The injury looked painful but not like he broke or tore anything, so I don’t think he’ll miss more than one game, if even that.
This is the latest update on the Jimmy Butler injury. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSBylowwjw4I would agree with you on that one. We already saw how impactful Curry and Butler is when they're playing together back when they played against Memphis and in Game 1 against the Rockets. I just hope that he's clear when they play in Game 3 back on their home or else, they have no chance in winning against the young Rockets. On the flip side, Kerr believe that it wasn't intentional or dirty at all, and I will agree with it. I mean we know that the physicality during the playoffs goes up massively.
