I just read a crazy story that LeBron James was considering opting out of his player option next year in order to join the Warriors on a minimum deal to play alongside Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green, and of course Stephen Curry.  I also heard that Kevin Durant is trying his best to find a way back to Golden State.  While I don't think the Phoenix Suns will let that happen this year and will want way too much for him, the idea that LeBron could go to the Warriors is a real possibility.  I think a LeBron and Steph combo would be hard to stop but they are both getting old...

I have little faith in this outcome, but if it did happen, it might be one of the epic rosters in the NBA next regular season. And in my opinion, Durant wouldn't fit in that lineup in any way.
Regarding Curry and LeBron, yes, they are certainly getting older, but both can still cook on the court.

Minimum deal as in a veteran minimum deal? If that's the case, they might consider signing him.
Now if that minimum deal for Lebron is around $20-$30M then I don't think that they will sign him because they already have Steph and Butler that will be paid more than $60M next season, and if they will sign Lebron at around that salary, they would easily be going to the 2nd apron. To cut the story short, they will not sign Lebron.

As for the Durant, I don't think that the Warriors have enough assets to get him. I mean if you're the Suns management, you want to maximize the assets that you will get in exchange for your star player and that includes good young players plus draft picks as well. If the Warriors want Durant, they need a 3rd team at least.

Overall, the Warriors have low chances of signing either one of them. The roster of the Warriors is good already, and I don't think there's a need of a 3rd OLD superstar. They just need to develop their young players.

That's just weird though, but in any case, if that happens will Adam vetoed against it? Remember during that time, David Stern vetoed the trade on Chris Paul moving to Los Angeles to play with Kobe Bryant.

But let's see, it's another super team if Lebron will join the Warriors, but it seems that having 2-3 great players in a team is normal by now. So plenty of speculations on Lebron and KD but It thought KD said that he won't join the Warriors again because of what had happened between him and Green.

It seems what happened with Stephen Curry on Game 1 was almost the same this game with Anthony Edwards, but still no official statement that Anthony Edwards can't go back anymore in this game.
Even that, Timberwolves still lead more than 20 points just now.

And I read that Curry will have to sit for at least a week so maybe he will missed the next two games which is very important for them. If success came with the name of basketball players, La Lakers wouldn't have said goodbye early. If this team in question is formed, I think they won't even make it to the Play-offs. The biggest reason is their advanced age. Besides, what will the team do when there are injuries?
No team management in their right mind would form such a squad. Let's wait and see, these are just claims for now.

This makes sense, they really need Stephen Curry for their offense. Plus, what I noticed in Game 1 and Game 2 is how you will lead inthe  first half of the game.

Look what happened in Game 1 - Warriors led in the first quarter/half, and they won.

Why make it two in a row in their homecourt?

I think they are still solid in the Chase center as they have one of the best records in their homecourt in the last couple of years. So we will see Jimmy trying to be their leader and then Buddy Hield awaken in the last couple of days so let's see him continuing his work.

Kuminga is still something that they Warriors need to produce great games. So I think still possible that they can win both of their homecourt until Curry become healthy again.

Of course, the fact that he played 30 minutes in this game pretty much says he’s fine. No big concern since Edwards is still young and not injury-prone. With a few days of rest before Game 3, he should be fully healthy again for that must-win game to take back the advantage.

As for Curry, he’s still out as reported. But let’s not forget that the Warriors already beat the Wolves once without him.

So winning Game 3 or 4, or even both, isn’t impossible.

That's what I thought when they made a good run. But unfortunately they didn't manage to hold it and Wolves gain back their momentum.

To bad for Warriors to lose Steph in this important game since its like they Wolves automatically get the advantage and for sure that they would exploit this situation especially that GSW now has lacking of fire power in absence of Steph.

Their remaining shooters need to step up since if they messed up and will not perform well then I guess they will end up badly in bad position and we would see Wolves would gonna take this series.

If I remember correctly, I read this news in February, so it was not a new news. Is there such a news again?
It would be great if we can follow such a scenario. LeBron is really old now, Curry is no different. Even I thought LeBron won't play next season, but it looks like he will continue for 1 more season. No matter how old they are, their performance never drops, they are really legendary players.

If next season we have LeBron, Curry, Butler and Green together we will be watching an incredible team. But I don't think they will let us see that

But it's still scary. Even Steph was worried when he saw what happened, and Anthony Edwards was on the floor holding his ankle. If he didn't come back, it might change the result of the game because the Warriors really fought back so hard that the lead was down to 7 points. I mean, they got the momentum that they want, but the Timberwolves are shooting back whenever the Warriors try to shorten the gap.

Anyway, that's now 1-1 on both West series and also both 2-0 on the East. It's not looking good for both Cavs and Celtics. Both those top teams might just fail this playoffs. Both their home games are gone, and their opponents will now have a chance to end it in a sweep at their consecutive home games.

Steph Curry missing a week is basically good bye to Warriors. Should be very worrisome for them because we have seen them not do great since their last title, and they lost Klay too, who didn't play great on their last run, but he was at least someone who knew how to play with them. They got butler now, and they are trying their hardest with him, but he is not looking that amazing to be fair.

I am sure that Draymond putting his 100% is helping them a lot, and he is doing a great job like he used to, been missing for a few years to be fair, but glad to see him back, he is a dirty player that I hate, but he is great for them. Warriors needs to work harder trying to win game/s while they are inside their home crowd though it's going to be a tough challenge as Curry will still be resting due to his injury, but like what we've seen last game 1 with that kind of determination there's a good chance that they can still compete and possible to win.

We never know what would be the outcome till the game ended, both teams are aiming to move forward and advance to the next round a game of system and good executions.

Edwards could be out for the next game, it was very positive outcome for the Wolves that he was able to continue in the 2nd half, but there might be some swelling after the game, and with matches now being played every other day, I don't think there is enough time for him to rest properly and avoid aggravating the sprain.

I think the Warriors biggest issue right now is that Steve Kerr doesn't know who exactly he wants to play, he's just experimenting different combinations during the game, and when doesn't seem to be working, he overhauls and changes it again, just like he did in the regular season, but then this the playoffs there isn't enough time for him to keep experimenting everything, it mess with the team's chemistry and communication, while I agree with making alterations and needed changes, I do think having stability and balance is equally as important.

By the time he returns, he will not be 100%, but even if we assume he is, Wolves could be 1-3 ahead and in that situation Curry has no way of making them win three in a row. That is why we are going to see the situation not change. Curry missing is a great thing to focus right now and betting will become easier. I am going to bet on Wolves for every game, and if they ever lose, I will martingale higher bet to make sure I earn, because I bet that Wolves will win this series.

It’s a matter of possibility so the correct answer is they can win the series without Curry. This will only happened if they can copy their performance on game 1 which Buddy Hield take over to Curry role as a 3point shooter while Butler and others contribute on their own way.

Buddy Hield is on side line whenever Curry is playing so replacing him with clutch Buddy can be a good viable solution. This is a hard role for Buddy but they have a chance this way rather than put Kuminga on their rotation that commits a lot of error.
