It should be noted that throughout the match, LeBron had a weak performance, but in the decisive moment, he didn't fail and ensured that the Lakers were able to break their losing streak. Now, only one win separates them from third place in the standings.

He went from almost losing his double digit scoring streak to getting the game winner in a matter of a couple minutes. Great ending for LeBron after what was three quarters of probably his worst play ever. Luka is really stepping into his role as team leader and carrying them to wins. I love to see it.

It's either Luka if he made the shot or Lebron who tip it in to be the hero of the game. And it's a needed win for the Lakers, just to give them enough room at the moment to go to 4th place again.

Yes, another worst game from Lebron and I thought he will have this kind of game again. Nevertheless, a win is a win and it's just too bad the the Pacers really work hard to get back in this game in the last minute or so when the Lakers relax as they thought it's going to be an easy win for them.

The game winner was meh (not a fan of LBJ) but what I loved was the whole 4th quarter. First Lakers are up 105:92 just to be down 1 point some minutes later. Seeing a 10:0 run at the start and Indiana replies with a 14:0 run, that's crazy stuff. Then the Lakers are up 6 with under 2min to go and still the Pacers manage to get the lead back until the final game winner by the Lakers. Games like this are exactly why I love basketball!!

When important people are questionable to suit up I never place a bet on the team. I mean you can just wait until some minutes before the game when the final roster available gets published, there are many fantasy sports sites that bring updates super quick actually. Also on Twitter teams often make a post about the starting 5 minutes before the game starts. That's the safest route. I had my fair share of bad surprises when suddenly some main guy didn't suit up and my bet was doomed before the game even started.  

This is a good suggestion which I’m not aware until you brought up, I thought fantasy sports usually just have virtual players like NBA2K that doesn’t reflect the actual roster that will play on the game.

I’m only relying on the google stats when the game is started that’s why I rarely bet on prematch because some questionable players usually play/not play unexpectedly on the actual match.

The odds variation is just minimal factor to consider if the questionable players usually play gives a huge impact on the game.

Yeah, fantasy sports is just basically the stats versus each other. So lets say you have 10 players, and the other guy has 10 players, if your 10 players scored more than their 10, you get a point, if you rebounded more then you get another point, etc etc. Some do it with just three most famous ones, points/rebounds/assists but some go as further as shooting splits as well, so you have to find which league and what kind of situation.

In this case, knowing exactly who is playing and who is not, could be very important distinction between winning or not. That way, you can bench a very good superstar, and put a very low minute role player in, because even if that player scores 2 points, it would be better than a resting superstar who won't play.

Yeah, what a game between the Pacers and the Lakers, it's like a battle of spurts there, when you think that the Lakers are already assured of the winning in the last 2 minutes, they relax and suddenly the Pacers got it own run and taken back the lead.

I thought though that Luka's shot is going to get in and he will be the hero, like it's Lakers Luka Magic. But fortunately, Lebron was able to tip it just in time for a win for them. Also Lebron almost lost his double scoring streak here. But then again, when he see that he needs to wake up in the 4th then it's vintage LBJ.

I watched the Indiana-Los Angeles Lakers game from time to time and it was a nice basketball game to watch. I thought Indiana would win the game but the Lakers were the winners.
Indiana was ahead by 5 points in the first quarter but they played a very bad second quarter.

They played so bad that they almost couldn't score a basket in the first 5 minutes of the second quarter.
The Lakers forced Indiana to take outside shots in the second quarter and when those shots didn't go in, the gap widened.
Indiana came back in the third quarter and got back into the game.
Whatever happened, it happened in the last quarter. Indiana was ahead 119-118 but couldn't use the last ball and the Lakers attacked. Doncic took the shot and while the ball was bouncing on the rim, Lebron's magic touch came and the Lakers won the game 119-120 with a last-second basket.

Doncic was the more scorer in the Lakers but Lebron became the man of the match with a last-second basket.

Not really a great win for me. I understand, a win is a win, but If you watched the game. They could've easily walked out with a 4-6 pts deficit win when Hachimura drained a couple of consecutive 3s. They just lacked a very huge defensive effort on the other side of the floor. Particularly, Luka. He let the Pacers score their last 7.
Though, I still have the Lakers in the championship picture, but I'm afraid it will never gonna be the same if they keep choking in the 2nd quarter by not playing good defense in the playoffs.
The Lakers need their dogs to step up in the playoffs defensively. They don't have much problem offensively, they just need to limit the TOs.

Yeah, pretty much a cliff hanger win for the Lakers there. When they thought that they are going to lose again, Lebron suddenly found that small gap and uses it to tap it in just in time. Kudos though to the Pacers, even if they are down in this game and even in the last two minutes of the game, they keep on coming back and hitting those big shots. Another play off atmosphere game and I will say that the Lakers are happy and lucky on that last time as Lebron has enough time in the clock.

And the very definition of the "game is not over till it's over".

As for Luka, yeah pretty much the same Luka that we have seen, but it's very hard for us to see how he can bring the championship to the Lakers. They still lack the role players to do that.

We don't talk that much about Jokic's comeback game against the Bucks. Jokic finished the game with a 39-point triple-double (10 assists and 10 rebounds) on 16/25 shooting. Although it was a short handed Bucks, no Giannis and obviously season ending injury for Dame. But they really put up a good fight here and in the end, Jokic triple double performance was enough for the Nuggets to get a win here.

Brook Lopez leads the Bucks with 26 points. Nuggets stay at 3rd spot right now.

Austin Reaves though was unstoppable in the first have of the game, he was really quick going into the basketball and he has developed of going behind his back for a quick stop and then losses his guard for easy two or with a foul.

This is what we call an epic comeback since Lakers is about to lose with that sequence. But luckily LBJ is in right place and right time for hitting that last minute shot which bring Lakers to a huge win.

But even though his score is low still he manage to perform double double for todays game which is still solid performance from a player who newly came back from injury. Also for what we see for Luka it seems that he is the new leader in Lakers and Lebron just let him do his job and even became the main man on their team which is good indication that Lakers is in good situation.

This was the headline in the NBA, the winning tip-in shot was incredible, and the Lakers are back on the winning track. They really needed that victory, and thanks to LeBron for stepping up in the crucial moments when it mattered most.

Now, they’re ranked 4th, and as long as they stay at least 6th, it’s fine. Even if they don’t secure home-court advantage, at least they’ll avoid the play-in tournament.

It's hard to adjust on that game for both teams. I think if Luka pass it on either Lebron or Rui, they're still get in.

And if Indy will have their defense tight on either Luka or Lebron, still some openings will scene. Good thing that Lebron was experienced on this one, that very little moment of the time, he's got it in.

It's hurting on the side of Indy(Pacers) with that kind of loss.

Incredible how the Lakers were nearby to lose the game against the Pacers when with 1.51 minutes to play they were 6 points ahead. Haliburton was nearby to stole the show, but well the King appears as always to show who and why is the King.

They're about to lose that game. If it's not for Lebron, the Indiana Pacers are the ones that celebrates their win. I'm looking at the camera when it's with Tyrese and he's so nervous while reviewing the footage of that last tip off by Lebron James. And then after the consideration, he's disappointed. Who's not going to be disappointed when there are no more seconds left and it's just a one point lead game that made the opponent win the game.

I guess his career didn’t quite pan out. I hope he’s able to find a role on another team. As for the Lakers… All eyes on who they will be signing.

How the fuck did the Bulls beat them the other night?  Of course the bulls have been on a hot streak, which is going to do nothing more than what they've been doing for the past 10-15 years or so.  Make the playoffs, typically as the last seed of 2nd to last, get knocked out of the playoffs in rounds one, which of course ends up leading them to a worse draft pick. 

I don't know why Bulls fans watch games or even worse attend games.  Boycotting them until Jerry dies ( I'm sure his son will be no better ) or starts spending some real money and actually trying to win.

Injuries, for sure. They already have Alex Len, but yes, they still need a better center. If the Lakers give more playing time to Alex Len, they are more likely to lose the game. If the Lakers hadn't managed to win last night, they would have been on four game losing streak. Good thing LeBron James made tip shot in the last seconds.

In their last game against the Chicago Bulls, the Lakers played without LeBron James. Tonight, it looks like James will be playing against the Bulls. Hopefully, they can win this time.
