There were two great games last night actually. But I enjoyed the Los Angeles Lakers - Brooklyn Nets game the most honestly. I wish Kevin Durant was also able to play in this game but he was still having an ankle injury. But Nets still did a great job thanks to Harden and Mills. Harden had a great triple-double by 36 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Mills followed him by 34 points and 7 assists. Lebron's big effort by 39 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists couldn't help them win. Nets won by 122-115.

I'm afraid the Warriors will not anymore allow the Suns take over on them. Warriors are a good team, they can win games even if they are not complete, so how much more if they will all play together. With the rumors that Thompson will come back soon, that will only make the Warriors even better and whatever team they will play with, they'll surely be the favorites to win, whether at home or on the road.

The Warriors match was indeed very good, in contrast to the Lakers who suffered consecutive defeats up to the time against the Nets.  5 defeats that need to be fixed, especially considering the next team they will fight is the Rockets and the opponent's position is very low.  If next week they don't manage to win then this is the worst defeat.

The longer they play together the more losses they experience, this is not good for the Lakers, I don't know how they'll handle the frustration of this losing streak, I'm sure Lebron and Westbrook haven't experienced this before but they need to stay calm and continue to figure out how to win. Trusting each other and most importantly trusting the whole team to contribute would make this team better, for now, we are not seeing the improvement yet, but there's still time.

Lebron's big effort by 39 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists couldn't help them win.

LeBron James producing that kind of big numbers but still losing at the end just shows that the Lakers do have lots of flaws. Instead of reducing the amount of load that LBJ always does before, he was still pushing on his limit just to carry a team that shouldn't be the case providing their lineup is not that trash to be considered.

Not just LBJ but others should also do their job to help the team "consistently". I wonder what if LBJ now showing signs of slowing down, this Lakers will be a much worst situation. Again, someone needs to step up consistently but the question is "who".

Two options I'm reading right now if they continue to struggle are trading Westbrook or replacing the coach that helped them win a ring. The board will probably choose the former since the latter won't really fix their current problem.

Wow, that was amazing, last time I checked the Heat are down by double-digit, I thought this is one of the many upsets we will see this year but it looks like the Heat are ready to win and they will not give the Magic a chance now to come back, it's their game.

Otto Porter hitting dagger threes to close out the game.

He becomes the main subject of the discussion post-game between Warriors and Suns because of that consecutive 3s' he's hitting. Warriors now again successfully signed another good role player that will give a boost to their team in the future as they progress.

Porter's shooting stroke was now tagged as OTTO-Matic as whenever he shoots, likely it will be nailed by 90%. After switching from 3 teams now, looks like he will now find a home at the Golden State Warriors if his performance will be maintained.

The Lakers are truly out of any sort of title contention, in my opinion.

Their play is simply subpar for any serious contender. LeBron is carrying most of the load and he is simply not getting the help he needs.

I can't believe that people thought picking up Stanley Johnson & Darren Collison was going to help...

They did great actions to lessen the opponent's lead and if I'm not mistaken, they have brought it down to only 3 coming from a big lead that Nets were able to maintain throughout the game. When we say Nets, it's hard to bounce back when they are in a big-digit lead.

Unfortunately, it was only Lebron who showed competitiveness and can handle the pressure on that kind of close game situation. If only most of his teammates are having the same actions, Lebron will have good support.

I'm sure Lebron and Westbrook haven't experienced this before but they need to stay calm and continue to figure out how to win.

Why only at these 2 players that need to figure out how to win? It should be a team's effort. We see that Lebron doesn't have any problem at stats production on their previous games. He is consistent as a top scorer or if not, still with a big production. What happened to his teammates? Just relying on King? If that's the always case, chemistry won't be created.

Lakers are not done for and will bounce back in action. This losing streak will soon be changed and I'm sure of that.

I thought we were going to see a Christmas miracle.  A shame that Westbrook went for a dunk and missed with less than a minute left and they were down by 3.  LeBron was wide open in the corner and was on fire.  Had he made that pass and LeBron hit the wide open 3, they would have had a very good chance at sending it into overtime or possibly going for the win.  You could see the look of disappointment on LeBron's face when he saw Russell Westbrook drive to the whole as stood there wide open with his hands in the air.  That is the sort of thing that made Durant want to join the Warriors...

No doubt that the Cavaliers is one of the top 8 teams that will gonna competes in the playoffs this year if they continue the way they played. Just today, they scored big time against the Raptors, it's a total blowout win 144-99. Looks like they've been doing fine despite fewer superstars in the team this year, they managed to catch up and hold their spot in the top 8.

Cavs 7-3 on their last 10, that is impressive already. That's a huge 45 point win, with 6 players scoring 16 points or more, and everyone scored 3 points, including Tacko Fall.

We've seen the face before of Lebron, but it seems every game is a grind for him to even get a win because he is really eager to get one. And as much as we really doing his thing, he can't really control the outcome like what you have describe. What if Westbrook made the shot or kick the ball to him? Just to bad to witness the predicament of Lakers today. From a contender team, now they are struggling to go .500.

It was a good comeback win by the Bucks against the Celtics, they are down throughout the game, but when Giannis was inserted in the last 5 minutes of the game, he changes the complexion, scoring back to back basket and making a assists for a 3 point shot and that was enough for them to claw back and beat the Celtics.

This Lakers game vs Nets looks like the ordinary game you see with the Lakers. Westbrook always making worse decisions and LBJ is the only one who truly contributes to the team. His other teammates don't add anything on defense, their rotation is also worse. let's see if they can turn the table after this timeout. they are down by 9 already. They really need to make a comeback since they've been losing too many games already. in fact they're on their worse games these past few weeks.

At some point, this season the Lakers have been a joke to the conference and league with a lot of star players which would be their advantage against other teams but it turns out opposite because their chemistry isn't good. LeBron is just the one who holds the team together and without him, this team would really fall apart.
As for Lakers vs Nets, we already know what would be the result. Honestly, I'm quite surprised that the scores weren't not that gapped because AD isn't available. Surely Mills have been a big help with Harden ofcourse to secure the game to their favor.

And if the gossip is true about the Ben Simmons trade for a lot of Cavs players being exchanged for him, they should just ignore it.
They are a good team now and the chemistry is strong. It might ruin their high chance for the semis or even for a championship if they will insert someone who is out of sync to tbe rest of the team.
I say, just keep this roster and strengthen their skills especially their young ones. Risking something that high might jeopardize their good season.

A complete blowout for the Cavaliers. Lets take a note also that the Raptors are playing with 8 players in this game and most of their starters are out for health and safety protocols so.. I think this game is kinda expected already that the Cavaliers will win.

On the other hand, the Cavaliers are the one that I surprised the most this season because of how they are playing right now and take note that they don't have any all-star caliber player like the same level as LeBron or Curry but they are right now at the 5th spot and just 3 games behind the top spot Nets. Also, they don't have Sexton as well who is injured. Last year, its the Knicks and the Suns that surprised me because from the bottom they became a playoff contender. This season its the Cavaliers that I surprised the most.

A few things that this game confirms is that Boucher is in-effecient. Can someone please tell him he doesn't have to shoot it every time he gets the ball, he's also always out of control on offense and tries to block literally everything on defense instead of just getting a good shot contest.
