The Grizzlies are also inexperienced. Warriors seem to be the clear favorites.
I guess they already have the experience as they are already in the playoffs for consecutive seasons IIRC. Maybe not in the NBA Finals yet but have we ever thought that the Raptors would win a championship before? As the Grizzlies are doing pretty well now, I would not discount the possibility of them going to the NBA Finals.

Bucks just destroyed GSW last night for sure. They got a huge 118-99 win home and they really deserved this one. Bucks were just perfect especially in the first two quarters. I really didn't like Curry's performance. He was like terrible. I don't criticise Klay Thompson yet as he has newly bounced back from a long-lasting injury. But I hope to see Curry and Thompson starting to put on a great show.
I think it will take some time before the splash brothers will find their chemistry. They have been practicing together but real games are entirely different. As we can see in the stats, Klay Thompson's shooting is very bad same with Stephen Curry, when these two will struggle, then most likely the team will lose.
Curry has been playing like shit lately, we know this, he is on a slump and that will eventually pass. This guy has been the best shooter NBA history has ever seen and he deserves a little break from it, it is understandable for him to have these type of stretches, we should not blame it on him after so many seasons of being an awesome shooter.

GSW will get back, they will be fine they are still second in the west, and grizzlies are coming close with their amazing streak of wins that is true but even third is not really that bad considering they missed Klay for so long and Curry had to carry them. When you look at Lakers and what was expected of them at the start of the season, to say that Warriors have been bad recently would be a bad approach.

Players have bad days so Curry's performance lately is tolerable knowing that he provides quality numbers per game before and he is the one who always lift up the warriors on their crucial games so I expect him to bounce back after those games knowing him he is so competitive and still the best shooter of all time after all.

Also we cannot expect instant booming of their standings knowing that Thompson is newly comeback from injury which make him sit in the corner for long time so expect that their team chemistry will also take time.

I think it's only Dwight Howard that will likely have a good value in return instead of trading those bunch of their guards and forwards that mostly heating the bench. I prefer DJ to be traded as a priority but I hope the Lakers can find a way to assess his value on the market.

Keep Dwight Howard and consider trading others instead. Or much better, stay with the current roster and don't change anything as I don't think a revamp approaching the half of the season will still save their asses on chemistry problems. Still don't understand why Vogel doesn't want to consider giving Howard much more playing time even back in NBA Bubble. Maybe because there's not much competition on the paint now as mostly, the most offenses came from perimeter and rainbow area? Regardless, a presence of a big man under the rim always has an impact.

I also don't understand why Vogel limits Howard's minutes on the court. Look at stats, Howard plays an average of 14 minutes per game this season, and there was only one game in which he played more than 30 minutes. I know it shouldn't be easy to manage a team like the Lakers, but it seems to me that coach Vogel makes a lot of ambiguous decisions throughout this season.

Harden-led Nets got a good beating from his former team hehe. He claimed he's tired and exhausted which probably explains his 7 out of 22 FG. I wanted to criticize the team but playing four competitive games in five days sure is tough on anyone.

The Grizzlies are also inexperienced. Warriors seem to be the clear favorites.

You should elaborate on what you meant for inexperienced. Is it the only basis? Playoffs appearance? Finals appearance?

History doesn't matter if the players of that inexperienced team will play at their best. The Warriors might be the favorites but we can't conclude yet that it's sure to win for them to seal the Western Conference Champion. Remember Warriors in 2015-16 Season? They are inexperienced for sure based on your own view like your current view of today's Grizzlies but they erase it and even got the title on that season. Not saying Memphis will win the title but it's just that, we can't rely on history when speculating who will be the champion.

Right since whether they are not experience to play in finals but their rooster compisition is good and they have good chemistry together then those final experience will not really matter its just this one will give them a pressure but if there teammates will do good for sure it will boost the confidence of others. So we cannot really say that experience really matters since there are times new guys defeat those teams which always go on playoffs and finals.

Not a reason why they lose. These players are used on heavy games. It's fine to claim that he's tired but not probably because of those 5 recent games they played. It's not literally every day they are playing.

There are really times that the worst performance happened. In that case, they just need to move on. On the other hand, OKC did a good job overall maintaining their good phase. That's the reason why the Nets lose.

Warriors are on a 2 losing streak now.

just like their previous game, they are once again getting dominated again. What do you think are the reasons for this loss? is KT can be partially be blamed for this loss? I think their chemistry was ruined a bit when he joined the team, the hype was there and we expected they'll become a stronger team, but look what is happening now.
The problem? It's the missing piece, and that's Draymond Green. The heart of the whole GSW offensive and defensive play. So many people underestimate him because of his trash talks and lack of shooting skills but that is not where he excels. He's a premium defender and a leader who can make a big difference whenever he steps on the court. 4 losses out of 5 games they played and Green missed 3 of those. Let's see if it will be different once he is back.
This is the reason why the Warriors are in a 2 game losing streak right now.
We know how good Green is inside the court. He is like the captain of the team and he often is making plays. Lets not forget that he is also like Westbrook that is making triple doubles when the Warriors are dominating the league for years. Green's absence is felt in their last 2 games where they lost. Can somebody share why he didn't play in their last 2 games? or Load Management.
They don't look good at all especially in their last match not even breaking 100 points against the bucks.
Checked their score near half time and it was 77 - 38 for Giannis and crew as they were dismantling the Warriors.
Have a bet with them against the Bulls tonight so hope they can pick it up and score a bit more than what they did last night.

So far looking good, the game is currently close. Both teams are just doing some fueling up currently in the first quarter.

But beforehand, it's risky to place a bet at the Warriors providing they are missing some of their key players. On the other hand, the main starters of the Chicago Bulls are playing almost completely as even Caruso is out, it's not that they are at disadvantage.

Edit: The Warriors defeated the Chicago Bulls 138-96. Zach Lavine got injured and only played 4 minutes. The Warriors bench heavily contributed to that game.

Yeah, it was a major blow out for the Bulls as they've lost Zach Lavine, and obviously, he didn't score any points. And then the Warriors up their tempo and defense. All the Warriors that played score at least a point or two in this game.

Hopefully Zach can go back quickly with the Bulls, they needed him. For me he is still the leader of the Chicago and not DeRozan although they compliment each other.

After losing to the Nets by 26, they got blown out by the Warriors by 42 points.

The tanking of the Warriors in the past 2 years really worked for him because they got a huge picks in the last 2 draft picks. First when they got Wiseman and now in Kuminga. Some says that Kuminga is the next Kawhi Leonard with how he is playing. A good defender and at the same time a good scorer. Give him more minutes and he can scored 20+ points every game. He scored 25 points in 25 minutes only which is very efficient knowing that he came from the bench.

Well, I just hope that Lavine will recover as quick as possible because losing him have a huge effect on the team in their future games and we saw it on this game obviously.

This is a good exposure for this young rookie, coach Kerr is exploring with his bench and with such license and confidence,

The kid really step up and showcase his skills, so nice to see another bench to shine up and give the fans additional entertainment.

He got the potential, we all seen that with quality minutes inside the court and he provide both in defense and offense.

Zach Lavine could really contribute well in the game today if it's not because of his knee injury that he committed an intentional foul to exit the game formally. He really need to rest and come back quick because the Bulls needs his instincts and assists.

But the Warriors did really bounced back after they lost twice in a row, I highly commend their bench players because this team is one of the perfect examples as they didn't rely on their starplayers. Kuminga, Poole and Wiggins really drilled some scores there and buried the Bulls as they made 41 points in the 2nd quarter alone.

^^ And that's the old Warriors that we have known, a deep bench that can score even if Draymond Green is out of Steph Curry has a off-night.

So it was a good rebound from the 2 losses they have, but they are still 1.5 game behind the Suns who took the top spot now in the West. But even with the Bulls lost, they still lead the East though. But it's going to be tough in their next game without Zach.

Yeah, there are no reports yet about his MRI but he is already ruled out against the Celtics tomorrow. 2 leg injuries now in just a matter of days, Jones was first one who dropped his feet in a bad form and now Zach. This is not looking good for Chicago Bulls. DeMar will surely be exhausted at forcing more minutes to shoulder the missing pieces. Caruso will be back on Wednesday and it will be a great help on the defensive end. Where they will get their offense is the mystery. Lonzo should keep up that high rating 3 point shot.

Golden State Warriors finally won a game. They had a really difficult game against Chicago Bulls last night. I was expecting a close result and it was really hard to predict which side could have been the winner too. Because Bulls also are one of the sensational teams of this season. But here in this game, Warriors were so determined to win that they obliterated Bulls by 138-96. Klay Thompson was rested. Stephen Curry didn't have a fascinating performance also. But thanks to a great team play, they still got a comfortable win.

GSW dominated them in every aspect of their game. They lost by a huge margin of 42 points which clearly indicates how much they got dominated by the GSW.

The first part of the game made the most difference in my opinion. In the first quarter, the Bulls score 37 and GSW 28. But in the 2nd one, there was the most gap between the two teams. The bulls only score 19 while GSW scored 41. This wasn't a match carried by Curry only, but GSW played a very well-rounded team game.

On the other hand, Vucevic and Derozan scored 19 and 17 points. No other player played that well in their squad except White. They need to fix their mistakes asap.

I don't think that there is a mistake though, they've lost Lavine early, so we know that if their top scorer is missing then most likely they are going to lost the game and this is what happened. GSW take advantage of it, and then blasted them and not give them any chance to recover and bounce back. And it was a total team effort by the Warriors with everyone scoring so yeah, it was a well rounded game for them and they snapped their losing streak.

I don't know what the reason is for giving Howard this much fewer minutes. Even last game he was only given 15 minutes and in those 15 minutes, he had a huge impact on the pitch. He is one of the better defenders in the league and it's clear on the pitch that the opponents struggle to score against him.

Could behind the scene politics be a reason for him to get so much less playing time?

I just hope that he gets his deserved playing time as if he gets more minutes, the Lakers' defense will more solid than now what it is.

As if Dwight Howard is a game-changer. Enough for it. He is doing good but it doesn't mean he's the one that can lift the Lakers. No offense to his fans here.

The problem with the Lakers is the whole squad including their Coach. No one can save them until the majority of their players knows how to step up.

They need to fire their coach and find a replacement where all players will be used properly. They should give Dwight a good playing time like 20 minutes per game. And when someone is having a bad night benched that player like if in the case where Westbrook is not doing good or to anyone else.
