On the other hand, is it time to bring back Tyler Herro?
That's a big question now, and it's likely the big surprise the Heat could provide if they bring back Tyler Herro. However, the question still remains: is he 100% healthy and capable of contributing his usual numbers before the injury? If he returns but struggles to make an adjustment, he may become a burden for the team, and it's more likely that the Heat will lose again.
I'm sure Coach Spoelstra will not allow him to become a burden to the team. If he does return, it doesn't necessarily mean he will stay longer if he is not delivering as expected. I would even be surprised if he gains plenty of minutes like he used to. It's the chemistry that matters now, and inserting Herro into the lineup is always a big risk. But, you know, as long as they know how to manage that risk, it's going to work.

I absolutely agree. At this moment it is all about risk versus reward. All they have to think about is that is it actually worth taking the risk. It is a big risk, to be honest. They will risk the team not having good chemistry. At least not at the best of what they can do. Herro is a good player. The thing is whatever they do they will have to decide fast. Because otherwise an already behind and the final will slip away from them. I also think that he should be playing, but if he is not doing good, then he should be taken off.

It is already confirmed that Tyler Herro will not play so there is no need to discuss about that matter any longer.  Grin

Also I have reasonable doubt he would actually be able to help. Playing the finals is a lot of pressure and coming of an injury being thrown back in the mix and having to deliver right away is tough on that stage.

Also you never know how the injury is reacting on the action, so it is much better to play it safe and keep him on the sideline.

Jamal Murray also has a minor injury in his left hand now, this might become a small chance for Miami.

Edit: Natalim was faster with the Herro update.  Cheesy

If they had decided to call Tyler Herro back to play he would have 100% recovered from his injury.
I'm sure if Tyler Herro hadn't fully recovered from injury they would never have taken the risk of calling him back.
But even though he has recovered and everything is normal, Tyler Herro still needs to adjust his game again and cannot play as well as before.
Let's wait whether this surprise will actually happen or not.

We’ve reached that point where the NBA Finals could more or less be decided tonight. If Denver wins, they’re up 3-1 and in a position that only 1 team has ever managed to lose. With no LeBron in the Finals this year I think it’s safe to say that Miami has their back against the wall in a must win position tonight. I’m want them to lose, but wouldn’t mind seeing them extend the series a bit more.

We all have said that this match was going to be very important for both teams and both teams will also be very interested to win this match. But Nuggets got the advantage here.
Jokić and Murray absolutely dominated the match for the Nuggets. Jokić was very hard to stop for the Miami Heat. The Miami Heat will certainly need to rethink their strategy. They will also have to remember that they have to defend both Murray and Jokic. They cannot just defend Jokic and not care about Murray. And in the last match, we also did not see any defensive excellency from the Miami Heat as well.
I mean Miami got one at Denver too, so not like it is a 2-0 or 3-0 game, it is 2-1 only right now and the next game is at Miami as well. So we could potentially see another tie at 2-2 as well. If that were to happen I am pretty sure that it may go to 7 games as well. It would be a proof that teams are good enough to tie each other and not really dominate one over the other.
I hope that I will be right, I am going to bet the next game won by Miami and I think the one after that will be Denver, those are my two next bets, I do not know if it will happen or not, maybe I will be wrong but that is how it looks so far. I am pretty sure that people will not be certain what's going to happen until it happens so we just need to bet with our gut feeling on this case.

Well, I absolutely agree. It’s not like everything is over for the Miami Heat. But it is certainly a big setback for them. Miami Heat will have to be careful that this does not get out of hand and they will have to make sure that they win the next game. Otherwise, it will certainly look like going out of hand for the Miami Heat.

Jokic want to prove or want to tell us that this season is his era, means he is a very dangerous player cause not only in the inside Miami need to defend him but also in there point line becsuse jokic is a very good in three point line means he is very good in handling the ball and once he got doubled team then the ball can pass to Jamal Murray which is very good in there point line as well .

Miami Heat has a job in their hand. And this job is certainly going to be tough. It is going to be really hard for them to actually contain both Murray and Jokić. I think it is really hard. I also think that the best defense is offense. Maybe that is the way Miami Heat should approach.

If they extend the series by winning Game 4, there's a possibility that we will see a Game 7. That is the only way this series will become more exciting to watch because in every game, it seems like people believe the Heat have no chance of winning. However, the Heat have proven themselves by winning Game 2. If we have a Game 7, the debate will be settled, and people will have respect for the Heat, considering they can win on the road, just as they did against the Celtics in Game 7.

I think people already have plenty of respect for the Heat honestly. They are an 8 seed in the NBA Finals. They beat the Bucks, Celtics, and the Knicks. That's #1, #2, and #5 in the East. They also did more than half that losing 1 of their best players in Tyler Herro. They have earned some respect for sure at this point.

So many trade scenarios being tossed around all the sudden. Usually this would wait until after the Finals. I guess without a major superstar in this year’s Finals people are going a little crazy. I’m reading that DeAndre Ayton is as good as gone out of Phoenix and they’re trying to get Damian Lillard or Draymond Green and Jordan Poole in return. Phoenix sounds like they’ll be the first team making big moves.

Yeah, I think Ayton's name has been floating a while now, and I'm not surprised though with Jordan Poole's name as well as good trading bait for the Warriors with the way he performed this playoff, and the drama.

I just thought that Damian Lillard will remain a Blazer as he is loyal to the organization. But if he keeps on getting injured, sooner or later the management will have to revamp the team itself and look for fresh legs and faces to their franchise. It's just pity that Dame's prime years with Portland didn't yield any good results as they are getting knockout.

Of course, the Miami Heat are not the favorite team right now, but seeing a surprise result in the playoff finals is something we've encountered before. It was a great success for them that they won the second game, they can also win the next game. I don't know if the series will be extended to Game 7 if it's 3-1 because Miami Heat's hopes will be pretty low.
The next match is very critical and I definitely recommend everyone to watch it Smiley

Knowing coach Spo who is the master of adjustments, for sure he might have to do another magic in game 4 to tie the series at least and not let the Nuggets takes a huge 3-1 lead.

I expect a strong performance from the team because I have no doubt in their abilities, especially after their victory in game 2. Although they had a disappointing game in game 3, it doesn't necessarily mean they will have a similar performance in game 4. Therefore, right from the beginning, I'll be betting on the Heat to win, specifically by placing a bet on them to win the first half. If, by any chance, they happen to lose, I might consider doubling down on a live bet with the Heat moneyline.

Good choice, I'm also into it because I already know their possibilities against the Nuggets but somehow that will not be a roadblock on the profits that I could win. We just have to have the right eyes and some luck to select the good options for the Miami Heat because it already seems to me that betting on the ML way too early is not that profitable as their chances are not good in the first place even if they are now in their own homecourt.

That's sad news because they did really waive CP3. Well, who knows if his era is about to end but that's not what I am hearing from the rumors and the one that I'm hearing is about the Lakers eyeing him. It's possible that he gets to play with Lebron if ever he'll stay in the Lakers. I know that teams won't let it pass that if there's an opportunity to take CP3, they'll take him. He's able to help the Suns to get to where they've landed this season and that's commendable to him, he'll sure find another home.

Paul and James both have guaranteed contracts for next season. So my guess is that James will most likely stay with the Lakers, but Paul's situation isn't so clear-cut. I mean, Paul is quite an expensive asset for any team since his salary should be $30.8 million for next season. So if the Lakers really want to get Paul, it won't be an easy task for them because they have nothing to offer the Suns in such a deal.

The Lakers don't have any problems regarding about that because they can always get CP3 as they can still afford the contract entailed to him but the problem is, Chris Paul is not that useful anymore because just like anybody else in the league, when they are getting older, it is expected that their performance will also decline. Even LeBron James is having some difficulties already even if he's still having a good stats. So, Chris Paul's contract doesn't really fit him being an asset because most of the time, he's a liability instead of an asset.

Another magic indeed.
I like how he started Kevin Love on Game 2, then, used Robinson to make more space for everyone. It worked big time, and perhaps he should look at the Game 2 tape again and see for himself what he did right that suddenly went wrong in Game 3.
Jimmy Butler should also be a provider for his team. In game 2 he had 9 assists while in Game 3 he only had 4. IMO, they didn't play as hard as the previous one.
The problem with the Heat in Game 3 is their 3-point shooting. They can't find clean shots because the Nuggets are easy to rotate on defense. That's the kind of adjustment the Nuggets made, and I'm pretty sure the Heat will not follow the same play they had in Game 3. The Heat will probably surprise the Nuggets in Game 4. However, in case the Heat lose, I'm not expecting a blowout loss like what happened in Game 3.

On the other hand, is it time to bring back Tyler Herro?
He can't go back yet. He's been ruled out again to play the next game. I don't think he will be ready yet, they said he can still feel some soreness on his wrist/hand, but the Miami Heat won't force that considering his value as a young player who has a big future in his career.

I do believe adjustments will happen but it's difficult to risk it for the Miami Heat for now considering how underrated they are. And if only the odds were right like +6 - +8 for them, I might consider it. Even if they are in their Miami home, we know the Nuggets can win a lot on the road. Heck, even the Lakers were surprised they will lose both games in Crypto.com Arena.

Have you guys seen the hand of Jamal Murray?
https://twitter.com/TheNBACentral/status/1666892204030279680?s=20

So this was it.
I was curious about why he kept on touching his wrist and I thought he is injured or something. It was not an injury. It was a hand burn when he scratch it to the floor. If I remember it right it's the time his foot got caught with Gabe Vincent and then he fell down sliding.
Anyway, the reports says he is okay and Michael Malone said the same thing to the media. He won't miss Game 4.

Coach Spo recently said that Herro was listed as out for Game 4. So we shouldn't worry that Herro's return could negatively impact the team's current chemistry. By the way, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that Herro mightn't play in the final series at all because it would make no sense for Coach Spo to experiment with rotating players after the outcome of Game 4.

Well, that's true unless there could be some adjustments made and Paul is willing to take a salary pay cut which I think is possible just for him to get to another him. It's still too early to scout where he's going since there are still the finals and the drafting that will happen soon too.
I still want to see him part of any team and be with whoever is comfortable playing with him.

Coach Spo recently said that Herro was listed as out for Game 4. So we shouldn't worry that Herro's return could negatively impact the team's current chemistry. If he's just healthy as he can be, there's someone who's too fierce for the Heat but then it's much better not to become a casualty to them for the game 4.

Just imagine the three of them got injured and what then what will happen to the team then? AD, LeBron and CP3 all are injury
prone they are aging and with how the game is currently competing..

The game of speed and aggressiveness, maybe they may work for one season if Lakers will push for the trade, but it's not a long-term plan
as per my opinion.

I would like to keep the last Lakers squad or if they can add another center who is a role player, who can play the way they are executing their
game play, Lakers might have a decent chance next season.

Everybody knows this is the last chance for Heat. If they lose this one I believe the series will be over in Game 5.
When Jokić and Murray play this good Heat need to do something extraordinary both on defense and offense. Hopefully we'll watch a good game tonight.

Cheesy

For me its better for Herro to rest until he got totally fine it because once he force himself to play and we all know that he is still under to recover, he must rest for a while and then play if he is totally fine. Anyways jamal Murray have small minor injury but know he can play in the next game and maybe he can't perform a 100% of his best but still he can assist his teammate into the victory.

Everybody knows this is the last chance for Heat. If they lose this one I believe the series will be over in Game 5.
When Jokić and Murray play this good Heat need to do something extraordinary both on defense and offense. Hopefully we'll watch a good game tonight.

I agree, the Nuggets will not wait until the next game anymore just to win the whole series because Game 5 will be on their homecourt at Denver, and it is the perfect place to enjoy their first championship trophy. The Heat did a good run until they faced the Nuggets and unfortunately, this will be the Heat's final and last chance as I don't think too that they can still win it back and force another game to extend the series.

If they will lose again at home, the chance that it might be the last game for them in their home court.

Nuggets will do everything not to give Heat another chance to force and extend the series
as winning their first title would be sweeter in front of their own crowd.

Though, anything can happen after this game 4, we really can't dictate the conclusion but instead
we can only speculate and vocally provide our opinions if how we wanted to see the finals.

We all knew that this is the same scenario before when Boston finally managed to forced game 7 at their home court for this kind of advantage but Miami denied this and win the series. Miami keeps winning away that their home based on their record on this playoffs. I’m rooting for Nuggets here but Miami is still a very dangerous team to consider that they will be eliminated easily on game 5.

I think they can force atleast game 6 since they are capable on making a good run on the second half with their sharp 3 pointer. They should just let Jokic keep scoring until he tired out then recover quickly with their 3 points since they have a lot of players capable on doing it like Robinson, Vincent, Martin and Strus with just enough space.

Also Adebayo shouldn’t be switch when guarding Jokic. This is their weakness since they letting mismatch on Jokic during switch.

I can feel that the Miami Heat's luck is just coming to an end. They already achieved a lot despite their current roster of underdogs. They can probably shutdown or slow down Jamal Murray later but there is no solution to stop this prime Nikola Jokic. Double-teaming Jokic will also open opportunities to the other Denver sharp shooters knowing how good the Serb is when it comes to capitalizing situations. The best way for Miami is to keep their defense high but at the same time, they need to shoot well. Miami had more attempts in game 3 which could have translated to victory if only they shoot well. My take is Denver will win later and then close the series in game 5 at home.

Meanwhile, things are also getting interesting as free agency is coming up. Chris Paul is expected to get waived by Phoenix but there's also the chance that he will be traded.
