It will take you time to receive some reply. Sadly, that's the same concern that was just resolved recently when LL was back but it seems that the hot wallet was empty again.
It needs to be filled manually again but if there's no one that would fill it, you have to wait again as there might be a lot of withdrawals that are on queue and not only you waiting for it.

I am pretty sure it has been suggested many times but there is no action from lightlord. I guess lightlord is having a trust issue where it is hard for him to trust others to be part of his team. More than 7 years since his first casino "777coin", there is only one user from this forum who help him. He is Zodiac, but Zodiac was also inactive when Lightlord had serious health issue in the past couple of months. I do not think lightlord will get a team to help him in managing the 2 casinos.

After 2 days I withdraw all amount, and pay fee 10 times.

Too sad to know that, may I ask how much you have spend in transaction fee? I think spending 10x in tx fee because it needs to divide the withdrawal is expensive and yet inconvenient for players. Does the Bitvest have explanation to this? I didn't expect that their support wouldn't be able to assist the user too. I hope they would be able to improve it or maybe give an explanation on what happened.

This is bad, really bad for the casino if the hot wallet is having enough funds but doesn't support large withdrawals and only allowing small withdrawal and forcing the people to pay x times of withdrawal fee then no one is going to trust them. I think you should create a thread about this in particular to hear out what is community think about such activities.

It's ok that this issue is confined on this thread or create a thread in the gambling section the complainant got his money although not in a way he expected it will not qualify into a scam report to create a thread like this if he still did not get his money within 3 to 4 days then it's qualified to be in the scam section, they should address this issue asap I wonder is it only on one account or there are many complainants but don't want to post here.

It may not fall under scam but definitely something will damage their reputation or even can be fall under selective scamming method just for the consideration though. Unfortunately, there is no official stance on this. Also i don't find any official statements in here from Lightlord (as he is the owner and he has not deputed any manager to respond to the user's queries). We know that bitvest is was a good casino but small unhandled complains like this will create a negative image for the casino and people will refrain from playing there.

It is not really about hot wallet being empty, it is not even about signature campaign not getting paid neither. It is the logic behind it that made this website go down in interest a lot in the last few months. It is really about him being missing and at the end of the day we are talking about a company that has all of our money in them.

It means that if he is not online then we are going to end up with our money stuck there and it makes no sense for me to accept something like that. What does it mean that "if lightlord is online then you could get your money, if he is not online then you will have to wait for your money" then that is not something I would be able to accept.

Seems to me that lightlord doesn't want to delegate the task to his workers on this one so it's slow moving and they're definitely going to be slow because lightlord afaik is still having some health issues to he has to tend to that before doing anything else, I think that what he did is the right thing but he has to balance out the fact that some people are impatient or have been waiting for far too long.
