Reading this thread I am afraid that speculators do not consume. How can we increase consumption with Bitcoin?

Yes you are right. Too much hodlers, keepers, hoarders and store. Yeah bitcoin might end because of that. It needs to be used. Always be used as a means of a currency if you want a good future out of it.
The number of members here is very small compared to the overall number of people using bitcoin. There are members that are just alt nicks just used for signature campaigns. Reading from the gambling section, I'm sure that there are a lot of bitcoin owners who gamble on a regular basis.
Definitely, most of the users of bitcoins are gamblers, they don't really bother logging at this site as they are more focus in gambling. Gamblers you can found here are those earning regularly and their earnings are used in gambling. At least they are making a safe move that taking money from your own wallet.

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

I think there needs to be holders and keepers... there is nothing wrong with it on these days I also think that if you just hold it it would be good with the future that it has.
Spending them can also be good and I also think a lot of people are still doing this.

Wow that's somehow a big amount for investing to a cloud mining site, I hope it won't collapse because cloud mining are somehow the same with hyip's
ponzis scheme's. And if you think the site will going to collapse you must withdraw you funds earlier.

I would not bother investing in cloud mining site because I have a bad experience with it, I would prefer to invest in an online casino as more safer and you know what is happening to your investment real time.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying that cloud mining is really not the one to spend your bitcoins actively. But well, it's their money / bitcoins to spend to.
They can do whatever they want, but for me. I warned them.

Yes ,i actively spending my bitcoins in a legit investmenta sites that required some mind thinking to earn money or im in much control of my money like trading and other gambling games.
Investing is good in my opinion but gambling is a big no for me, if you are planning of gambling just be small and keep the majority of your money in investment. You need to be very smart as right now the halving is coming and it is the opportunity that all early supporters of bitcoins will make money out of this event. Be patient and control your self in spending unnecessary expenses and instead invest now.

I never spend any of my Bitcoins because we all know that in the future the Bitcoin price can be pretty high. I suggest that you do not spend your Bitcoins unless you do not want to make money with them.

Not really spending bitcoins intended for my investments.  Most of these bitcoins will remain as for the investments I am currently in with.  And what I spend comes from profits intended for spending on what ever I may want to purchase with it.

I dont spent coins actively i spent them sometimes only on things what i cant buy with gold. Most of the time im just holding them to wait for the best selling moment i think there are allot of people doing this like me.
Yes, you are right, in fact most of the bitcoiners use it because they just buy bitcoins and store it, then they wait for the price increase and then to sell it, they are using bitcoins as gold or equivalent to other valuable items Smiley

The most are holding it but I also think its logical in this time, everyone knows that the bitcoin is gonna rise to a higher amount soon or later.

Yes, that's for sure people stop spending their bitcoins actively for the potential of getting profit once the halving happens.
And when they already earn after the halving and I think that's the right time to spend bitcoins actively again.

Most of the people did that already , but for the bill things mate, I don't think you have to stop paying that. It's your responsible to keep that
indicated to the contract with the service or utilities that you are using from the company.

I spend some every now and then if I see something that's for sale on the internet. But never bought anything in real life though.
It's just not possible yet. So for now I am not actively spending my bitcoins just yet.
I sometimes spend some coins on gambling sites or other online web shops but I try to spend as less of them. The Bitcoins is worth allot of money so it would be a waist to spend them all.

You cant tell what can happen. It can even grew at a larger price after that. And what is more after that: Some bitcoin part time job might also decrease the payments of their businesses.
