You are right,you cannot constantly beat casino,the probability odds just dont let you do this.
Winning in gambling in my opinion is possible only when you play really big bets and for short amount of time.
More bets you do,the bigger chance for losing streak is.Play smart,thats the rule #1.
Yup! people doesn't even realized it yet but gambling really are playing with them even if there would be someone that will not agree with me gambling really wants you to be losing instead of winning your bet because that will be their profit. It is not going to help someone who wants to stay away with gambling if he is just going to keep continuing gambling. Because instead of avoiding gambling he is just going to keep on gambling. You have to figure out for yourself why you are on that casino or any other gambling aves.. Otherwise you wouldn't really know what you are up against. If you feel you are really getting hooked with gambling. Try to analyze why you do it and for what reason exactly. |

If you are too much addicted to it, then you can do this thing to avoid gambling: (1) Find an activity, mostly physical exercises wherein you will have to leave your house so that you will not sit in front of your laptop and gamble. (2) Have another activity that'll make you busy. Having a busy schedule will help you avoid gambling for sure.

You really need to look out for a support system. You can never make it on your own. That way there is a system to guide him through. It will be easier than dealing all this stuff alone. But of course you need to step up more if you want to get free from this gambliing addiction. As the earlier reply said, have an active busy life too. Diversify, so you can somehow forget things that reminds you to gamble. |

Gambling is an habit just like smoking, drinking etc however the only sure way known to me to assist someone to stay away from gambling is to be contented with any money you have and dont get enticed by huge gains or winnings of other people because they will not tell you when they loss their money.
May be but actually what happened to me was : I questioned myself what I am gambling ? for fun ( well, we all say ) an then I realized that actually there was no fun in gambling and hence stopped it, or maybe stopped because I was not too badly addicted. |

Getting busy in other things can be a way to stay away from gambling. Get busy in other things and find a good earning source and earn from there.make a daily routine and have fun in other things play sports that you love be social and may be share this with your friends as well.

My friend actually find some pretty good way ( works for him ) to get away from gambling forever, because he lost a lot of money there. Every time he does any bet he hits himself with his fists in a jow,that hard to get unconsciousn,i know it may seems funny for you but he really does this,i have seen it by myself actually  |

You need to stop letting yourself gamble. When you make excuses in your mind, you lead the way for yourself to play again. Every time you get the urge to play, say out loud " I have stopped gambling as it is negatively affecting my life." three times.Also, i recommend doing walking meditations daily. Focus on your breathing as you walk. I simply count to the rhythm of my in sync breaths/steps. This will help you with your impulse control. good luck, only you can do it.
It is not that easy if you are going to say to a gambler because if they are already addicted it very hard to get out of it. But there are ways that can help them to stay away from gambling. Just always hang out with your friends for sure you are able to evade gambling. Actually these all not work when you are highly addicted, for example my friend always decides not to gamble bit when cricket or soccer match starts, he has directbet opened and wallet gifting it money. |

Not really the best suggestion imo, 1. Why you need to lose all your money to stop gambling while you need your money for living. Once you lost all your money, what will you do without any single cents? 2. It is discussed many times before. Even though gambling sites are banned, you are still able to access those sites with VPN or other services to unblock those sites. |
