It's also a good thing you yourself identify your problem/ addiction that is the first step of being able to change. Admitting your problem helps you know what the solutions can be. Have you tried telling your problem to close friends or your family? It helps a lot.

A lot of gambler might tell you how good it feels to get out of the serious gambling addiction but still these gamblers still go back to whenever they have chance and money to spend. the only way for a gambler to stop gambling quick fast and in hurry, these gamblers better to have given some responsibilities feeding their kids or paying the rent else they;d be homeless if they loss big money.
I have not met any gambler who got recovered from gambling addictions. But if it would be possible for any gambler then he might be the luckiest person as he will regain his life back. But quitting gambling is not possible for many gamblers as gambling keeps on attracting them to go back to gamble again and again. It must be better to stay away from gambling to avoid addictions of it. We are discussing that only, how to avoid gambling addictions by staying away from it. Once you were into gambling and staying away from it must be a very tough challenge of your lifetime. You must need very strong heart to avoid gambling after you get practice to use it more frequently. Yeah it is not an easy way to get out from gambling once you started it because gambling can make you addict from their great money payout and if you are lucky you can sure win a lot in that instant of time. Actually it depends on yourself whether you want to get it out or not, if you want to take some risk you can play a little bit and then get out or if you cant bare with the result just dont play it. Do something else out there will be better although the payout doesnt really good. Make some distraction by doing something else will let you stay away from gambling for sure |

The best thing to do is to get some motivation from your dreams or inspiration. First you have to think what motivates you to earn bitcoin and then, write it on a peace of paper or on a sticky notes and put it beside your monitor. If you see yourself that you want to gamble again, motivate yourself written on sticky notes. On that method, you will think that you need to stop it because you need to earn in a precious way, not on good bad way.

If you are running everyday then that could mean you are still gambling regularly or in a daily basis which does not help you in staying away in gambling. The more you play in gambling the more you are prone to addiction, so beware. |

You should not have started gambling at all, in the first place. But because you are already playing and for fun, you should probably find a fun new hobby and do something that does not involve gambling. Or, if you want to continue you can play from faucets such as on PrimeDice or rollin.io. But that will probably make you deposit money, so the first option is probably better for you.

if you wanna stay out of gambling then stay out of internet. If you stay out of net you won't be able to play gamble in online.because if you on the net you will see many features of gambling which will attract you. I know my suggestion is little bit funny. but I think its quiet well
in my place you can gambling in offline mode too, i think it's not a real solution, im ex gambler, i stop my gambling because i found other way to growing my money, and im not interesting to deposit or gamble again although 1satoshi, because if i start gambling with small capital, i will deposit again to recover my lost, and not stoping except all my money out. the real solution is don't touch gambling, don't thinking about gambling, if you have money/bitcoin withdraw your money then buying mining hardware Yes that would be a great solution! and it is great seeing people that stops gambling before the worst occur to them because you will never know when addiction will strike on you, and yes bitcoin mining is still in, but it is not really recommended in some countries because of electricity cost, internet speed and cost, and the mining rig is highly expensive! we can try other way to stop gambling, maybe trading is not bad, we can manage our time to learning about trading, then invest our money to growing our skill, it's better than gamble then lost our money Yup! trading can be learn but you will need a lot of experience when trading, you can certainly ask a help with someone familiar with it too, and I think a lot of people are trading right now and instead of gambling and mining they will trade there bitcoin or what ever alt coins they have As they say that experience is the best teacher, so when one like trading and want to make money he should always start with a little amount of capital so if ever he will not succeed at first try he can easily recover and make that first failure as your learning experience to continue your journey in trading.
