When you are not addicted to gambling yet then this one really sounds easy. Just like me i do gamble but once in a blue moon. Unlike addicted gamblers it is much easier for us to easily not play gambling but if you are already addicted then dude you must go to a legal adviser.

Legal adviser means a psychiatrist or a psychologist will do, well if a person is usually addicted to certain things or they get too much influence by a hubby then I think there is a problem to that person because too much is really bad for you and I think that is a good time to consult a psychiatrist and talk to him or her if what is a good thing to do for your situation! |

I agree, the best way to stay away from gambling is coming from our own intentions. although it seemed to look very hard, but slowly if trying continuously will be successful. Nothing works slowly brother I am sorry to say that. Reason behind is because you will notice that all the people who had addictions like smoking or drinking alcohol were removed in all of a sudden. Yes, it will cause some serious effects but just resist them and you are fine then. Slowly I don't know but never heard if it works. |

If you really can't live without gambling, just try to minimize it so you won't have to sacrifice a lot of things. Gambling is fun and addicting and we all know how many lives have been ruined by it, not just of the person itself, but his friends and families. If the temptation is still pretty strong, seek for help from groups who were into gambling before and have since turned their lives. These are the ones who would know best how to quit or play moderately.

Some have strong discipline with there selves like yours, they would easily realize that they are losing soo much and with that they decide to stop to minimize the loses.
yeah you have a point, but for me being greediness will come out when you win big amount and you are wanting more so that even if you win you will play again and again until what you won will eventually lose. We really need strong discipline to each of us so that we cannot lose more money especially when we don't win once. |

Some have strong discipline with there selves like yours, they would easily realize that they are losing soo much and with that they decide to stop to minimize the loses.
yeah you have a point, but for me being greediness will come out when you win big amount and you are wanting more so that even if you win you will play again and again until what you won will eventually lose. We really need strong discipline to each of us so that we cannot lose more money especially when we don't win once. Greediness doesnt only comes out when you are winning it does also on losing because your still hoping for money but theres a difference between the two since the word greed symbolizes money therefore in greediness wanting for more money. Thats only my opinion but still betting more on losing situation still considered greediness for me. |

I am guilty of this once in awhile. Although I practice to be like a pro gambler, there is always days that I got so bored and just do rage betting. For all I know, I only play a certain bankroll just for fun but as time goes, I just found myself betting more than I should have. But really, this seldom happens - I am a happy person and don't easily get bored - but when I am bored, I am really bored extremely!  |

Like u said u started from fun. All u need to do is to find another fun. Focus on something else that suits u, if u don't have u should search for some hobbies to occupy your mind.
i agree with you. try something new. A productive one, The one who is useful to you like business. One reason why gambling is invented for you to be addicted. So try something that will make a money or watch movies that gamble. You can ruin your life. Go on a date or mke time with your family. I think that will be useful and have sense. |

It is very easy. Forget the word gambling. Don't walk throught the streets where casinos are located. Don't play indoor games when you're free. Stay out and be physically active.
This is also good suggestions and I think travel and have a vacation with your family is also good thing to do so that you will realize something that you also need more time with your family instead of taking your time in gambling. |
