if you really want to keep away from gambling you should make your self busy in some profitable business, so that you many not feel the need to earn money in a shortcut way, if you are earning a good amount of money in your business you will defiantly take interest in this and will give maximum time to your business and will have very little time for for other activities.

i am agree with you but sometimes when we get bored we don't have choice but to play because for me gambling is for stress reliever where we play just for fun , but some other people are taking it so serious because for them gambling is their business and they can make daily profit , if you wanna quit or stay on gambling learn some new activities like trading.

Well for me that is a little bit dumb way to stay away from gambling.

There are a lot of ways t stay away from it or to bail out when you get addicted on the game,
first of all you can have an emotional support from your family and friends.
Do different things, get out of life, do some adventurous stuff, get a job, or even waste your time on some productive works.

Deleting cookies won't actually help in getting away with it.
