The problem is only gambling will make us happy but in the end it will give us sadness, really hard to quit when you are addicted because it is like you are in love in gambling, maybe we should not start gambling because that is a very addictive game and might ruin our life if cannot be cured.

Putting in secure of your funds with cold storage is not going to be helpful too. Because if you are the one who is in control with that storage. For sure when
your hands becomes itchy you are still going to get your funds with it and still you can't able to stay away from gambling. But it is better if you are going to put your funds on a time deposit.

Hey! Good day! its best to quit gambling because if you don't you have greediness in you. just find a hobby find a hobby to make that addiction gone their sports is nice to begin with or you may play games to ease up the addiction or go party if you like just ease the gambling and spend your money on things you want if saved enough money for gambling  you can gamble then don't get too attach on the gamble because your life and money depends on that game like me! i got addicted and now i poor saving up money to play gambling. just ease of gambling man i know the feeling >.<

Either make your time busy with work or lose all your money in gambling so you have no reason to gamble again. But the last suggestion is the worst one if you really have no choice.

Making yourself busy with your work really help you stay away in gambling and I have done that, I have a full time job in my day job and in my vacant time I do online work as my side job, after the work my body is so tired that I have no time to gamble anymore.

I think you should make a habit of sleeping more and more if you are gambler to reduce its addiction, why I am saying this is that gamblers usually are aggressive and very nervy sort of people and if they sleep properly then sure they will find much more control over their activities. Not really sure about this though.

If you are addicted to it then try and ween your self off of it by slowly not placing bets that are too large but small 1mbtc ones. Then as you see that your winnings, if any, are so small you will eventually not want to bet anymore because the wins are not worth it.

try to get away anything that make you think about gamble, so do not acces any website that offer ads about gambling, dont go in bars where are gambling machines and find another hobby, does not matter what just find something that is tottaly different from gambling
