If you can not control yourself, I think you should ask your family to help you to manage your money, watch you and stop you going to gambling . The you will find no way or lose interest to gamble.
Nope, that's not true, even if you give all your money to your family, you can still find way to gamble..If it is your bread and butter, for sure you will always keep few bucks for you and cheat your self and visit gambling site over and over again.. Just like when you are in a signature campaign, even if you don't want to do it, you will always find a way to post something, as long as there is money in it!! |

please remove your an account in the site gambling to stay away from gambling
and life in the real world with your friend or family. you will forgot about gambling.
By removing account on gambling website is not the solution to quit gambling if he relly wants to quit gambling then invest all his money on gambling website if he can defeat it then join the gambling website try to invest and get your percentage of earning there , and try to find some really money making . Definitely not because anytime you can still create another account in any gambling sites, the set up is easy as 1 2 3 so that would not world IMO. The best thing you can do is to ask help from your friends and let them part of your development to help you quit on gambling. I agree even you are going to delete or remove your accounts with the gambling sites still you are going to keep on gambling when your hands becomes itchy again to gamble. For me it is better if you are going allocate your money into other investments that is going to give you good profit that is going to help you to stay away from gambling. |

Yeah, i really agree with you. Makes your life become busy, so you don't time left for gambling and when you do this until 1 month, i'm sure it will make you stay away from gambling. But the practical problem is how to resist ourselves for that one month. Initiating is the biggest challenge in quitting gambling. Once you get practice to stay away from gambling, it will become a permanent behavior. But a new - interesting - profitable hobby might do some supporting role for staying away. It is. In the first week, i'm sure it will be very hard to do. Because you can't quit on gambling instantly. But you need trust yourself and get a hobby also the solution too. Yeah for the addicts in the start it becomes a big problem and appears much more harder to stop gambling but if they make themselves busy in some other activities and will find another place for entertainment then it is sure that they will very sooner forget to gamble for their earning and entertainment. I can see only those people spend all the day in gambling who are idle. I agree with you, if addict gamblers get out their mind in gambling and make some other stuffs that makes them also entertain without any risk for sure they can really forget gambling. |

I think you can also do it yourself but it would be a bit harder for sure.
Thats true, it is really good if you have someone to help you stay away in gambling, we can also help our self but for me it is better if you have an adviser, a teacher, a helper or a friend that you can call when you need a help. |

I agree if you really want to quit in gambling it is always our choice whether we want to stop or continue playing, but I know there are also addicted person that is already out of control when it comes in gambling so I think those people needs more attention and help for them to stop in gambling. |

i think simply you need to make your mind internet in some other topic if earning money in legit way instead of earning in ponzi scheme like gambling and other betting like things . so in this way your mind will remain away from gambling .
