Gambling is only so addicting if you are winning unless you are just gambling for fun. When i am playing poker i don't care how much i lose or i win because poker is my favorite game.

That makes sense, the reward system in your brain is there to reward success in tasks so that you chase rewarding actions and put the effort in to achieve that.  What happens with gambling is that you get the buzz of winning but the game is usually is set at such odds that the overall average profit is given to the business running the game.    I would relate it to hunting game or something like that, it can be a long task and meat is useful to eat so worth it but every gambler must decide if the effort put in really pays off I guess

Addiction of anything could be dangerous but in this case of gambling, people losing so big amounts there as they are very consistent with their habits and doing it daily, I think so gambling is like a very disease but we have no cure for it, to be honest I also playing on different daily just to get addicted of it.

It's addictive probably because of the thought that you can make easy money. When you lose, you think you can chase your losses, and be back in the green again, though it never happens (pretty much). It's also based on greed.

Your preferred emotions need not to be joyful all the time. Many people like tragedy ending movies. They love to tear out while watching movies. This kind of people will definitely love the frustration from gambling. It appeals to the nature of the addiction to make it hard for risistance . So it is not with ease that stops gambling but power from the mind. Also support or help and control. If you have control you can gamble with no problem and keep it calm and right. This is helpful. If you lose too much it will make you sad.  We dont want you sad.

Some other people do that but it cannot get people hook for gambling easily and i think theres a two reason behind why they are getting addicted with it.

First peer pressure the more their friends are indulge with gambling the more they will get hook to it and they want to compete with their friends and show that they are the best and winning most on where they gamble and thats very addicted because if we enjoy it and repeatedly do it every will that could be the first symptoms that it can be called disease and the worst thing could be happen is they cannot get rid of it and do bad just to gamble.
