Important Update:

Hello everyone, as some of you may have noticed, Omikifuse (2) and Karpeles (2) have very close ROI% and are fighting for 3rd place, but their last bets will not settle before 1 September at 00h UTC. So we decided to wait a couple more hours and let those bets settle.

All bets were made before the end of the competition and this decision will not affect any of the other participants in a direct way, so we believe this is for the best of the competition. Also we will probably make this a rule for the future, but we have to think about it, so right now this is an isolated event, which in this case it's perfectly justifiable. This means that prizes will only be announced after 3h UTC.

Please note that the competition still ends at 1 September at 00h UTC

Well lets say a user won a few big bets and made a huge ROI%, and still had to place most of his bets.
If he tried to place the bets in a way they would not settle on time for the competition, we would of course not allow this to happen, because that would be exploiting the rules, by trying to "freeze" his ROI%, since those missing bets would not settle in time.

We don't think that was the case here, and decided to wait a few more hours, since we believe that both of you wanted to see your bets settled, like you were suppose to.

(we will not wait for Nadal game to finish, since it was a delay both of you could not predict)

This is one of the things I really like about the management of this competition. Admins don't just "hide" behind the rules and make the necessary adjustments to keep a good and fair competition. Everything looks settled expect for 3rd and 4th place.

Quite happy with another second place, that was two in a row, never expected that.

Hello nindie, usually we give around 2 weeks for balance, where we analyze the previous competition and see if we need to make any adjustments. That is the best time to listen to your feedback so we can try to improve the competition. After that we usually open the registration period that lasts at least two more weeks before the competition starts. So we should have another one starting at the 1st October.
