Any feedback on the new version of the batch anyone?
The Lite batch is for-sure a "will work", i'm just curious about 1.07b.....
Still short of funds to turn on internet at home, so I can't test. Being sick in bed and paying med bills isn't fun sometimes =) At least I have my cellphone XD

blablabla
When will you dumb fucks get that estimates are based on the notion of you continuing to mine? This dumb shit is like saying: "Dear boss, I left work at lunch on Monday and didn't come back, why didn't you pay me for the full day?"

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer. Always be on the look out, because you never know when you'll be stalked by hit-men that eat nothing but cream cheese....

[Nothing but crap]
Adding insults and huge bold fonts doesn't make an invalid point valid. You're also making crackfoo look bad by appearing to act on behalf of zpool. If this was my thread I'd report you to the mods. desynct raised a valid issue. Which I have reported before. If one continues to mine it adds more to the pending balance offsetting the exchange loss so it isn't as visible in the graph. But it's still there. To prove it you can mine any single coin pool, bigger coins are more visible, and continue mining. Every time the balance rises the total will drop. If the exchange rate was current this shouldn't happen.

Some people not understanding the simple concept of estimates.... Sheesh.... I'm ok.... Thanks for the sentiment . Been dealing with digestive issues the last 20 years.... Internal bleeding on the regular... Scary and not fun, but something I have to live with for now. I ain't dying yet . Too much mining and profits to do.... Lol

Internal bleeding on the regular... Scary and not fun, but something I have to live with for now. I ain't dying yet . Too much mining and profits to do.... Lol I think the first line was aimed at me. Sorry to hear about your ilness, hope you recover soon. Some people think that because estimates are involved there can't be a problem. Over time the error of estimates will be reduced because there will high estimates and low estimates. The problem is a distinct 20% negative bias on many coins, as I mentioned before it's more obvious with the bigger coins but it's likely all coins. I also previously mentioned that when I was monitoring the estimates changed while the coin was maturing. That suggests the estimate is kept up to date. The last estimate before exchange should be pretty close, but it isn't. There are a couple of things that can cause the exchange price to be significantly different than the last estimate. The estimate is based on the last trade. If volume is low there can be large price swings. Also market sell orders always get the buy price which is always lower than the sell price. The estimate could also be from a different exchange than the trade. But some of these factors work both ways. Only market sell orders always have a negative bias but it shouldn't be 20% consistently. There certainly appears to be a problem, at least something that should be investiigated to better understand the perception of losing of every block.

AUTOSWITCHING FOR PROFIT--
Over the 4th of July weekend ( a holiday in the USA), I wrote up a configuration file for MinerControl, and was excited to see it working with my GTX 960. Between NiceHash, and Zpool, my miner was generally on Zpool and mining Lyra2v2. I selected DASH for payment, and was earning about 1-1.5 DASH a day.
Some adjustments were made to the pool, and my DASH efforts started neting only a fraction of what I earned before. From 1-1.5 DASH, I was then netting .25-.35 DASH a day. My antminer S5 rigs began to appear damaged. I received a GTX 980ti, and things did not improve much.
I stopped mining at Zpool. Something seems wrong with the pool. --scryptr

If anyone can shed some light, please do, its right here: https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimpThanks for jumping in. Is there a way for you to confirm the posted estimates are correct and to compare the trade with the estimate at the time? That may provide a lead, or at least, confirmation. The issue may be related to trading within the pool rather than on an exchange, or vice versa. Does TPruvot still support the autoexchange feature? I know he doesn't use it in his pool. With all due respect I think it is you, as pool operator, who should follow up with the provider of the software you use. I'll help where I can but it's not my job.

I'm willing to sift through them if you give access. I can't help with the code though. Edit: there might be a privacy issue with you sharing logs if they have user information like addresses. Edit2: If you can filter them by user you can filter mine.

Decided to tether my cellphone and test the batch today. Works like a champ. Video card selection and all. Makes it nice to have one instance/miner connection per device. More consistent hashrates/shares IMHO. I think ill start running it that way from now on.
I am thinking of finding a simple way to have the batch do this automatically.... but logistically speaking using dos commands: it's a nightmare to do. (dynamic check/verify/logic is hard to accomplish with DOS commands).

You could write the script in any other scripting language like python, bash, perl or php. They all support windows pretty well, AFAIK.

Hello, For last few months I have been connecting with a ASICMiner Block Erupter CUBE through a mining proxy. It stopped getting work yesterday. Has anything changed?
Currently getting from pool: Connected to Stratum pool at sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 Subscribing for mining jobs Connection to upstream pool timed out sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 Disconnected from Stratum pool at sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 0 peers connected, state changed 1 times 1 peers connected, state changed 1 times
.......repeats over and over.
Thank you

I'm thinking you've reached the limits of a batch file dos command file. You may have to dust off your programming gloves and go for another language. I'll happily beta test whatever you decide to throw at us. Even if you were to program in a 1 time mining fee to your address for 30 seconds or so when you originally start the program until we get it down and operational.

It looks like code to display the BTC balance over the last 24 hours at 15 minute intervals. It's interesting but without context. Did you write this or grab it from the pool code? What would be more interesting is to monitor the pending estimate and the balance over a similar time frame after a user has stopped mining. The pending line should be flat except it will drop when a coin is sold and there should be a corresponding rise in the balance. If the pending estimate varies when there is no mining and no coin sales it must be due to exchange fluctuations. No coins are being added or removed from the pending so the only thing left, assumingno orphans, is exchange value. This would prove that the pending estimate is kept up to date with the exchanges. It also means the sale price should be very close to the last estimate. But that where things go wrong. It appears we are losing 20% on the sale. The next step would be to match the balance changes with the actual sell transactions to see if the proceeds of the transaction match the drop in the estimate (100%) or the rise in the balance (100%-20%).
