update: updated all 45 master nodes with new wallet from git master, procedure went without a hitch

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Same here with OS X controller wallet and linux masternodes. The only issue i had was the GUI wallet crashing once initially when i DIDNT delete everything except wallet.dat, darknet.conf and masternode.conf upfront.

You need to delete everything except the darknet.conf, masternode.conf and wallet.dat and restart the wallet
This fixed it

this is bit funny but telling you on what's to come, on bittrex total # of DNET BTC that people are willing to sell is 18670.443 BTC and to purchase just approx ~7 BTC , made me smile there
soooo people stack up sell orders deep in the higher price range, and lower must be folks that still are in POW phase and get some cent level rewards which I always found amusing..
update: collecting for 46th master node, almost there short by 2K DNET would purchase remainder but bitterx went to maintenance mode with the wallet which is actually good, bad part is by tomorrow price is going up, soooo need just to be patient and wait for nodes rewards

It appears that the majority of addnode=.onion DNET Tor nodes from the OP are now successfully updated to v2.0.0.0 Thanks to s3v3nh4cks + devs. for providing the ubuntu 14.04 compatible binary. - see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1262920.msg15799587#msg15799587The following linux terminal commands maybe useful for anyone still needing to update (manual method). To list the contents of your .darknet folder database, backups, blocks, budget.dat, chainstate, db.log, debug.log, fee_estimates.dat, mncache.dat, mnpayments.dat, peers.datand possibly darknetd.pid " You need to delete everything except the darknet.conf, masternode.conf and wallet.dat and restart the wallet " ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT Stop the Dnet daemon: cd Darknet/src && ./darknet-cli stop Remove only: database, backups, blocks, budget.dat, chainstate, db.log, debug.log, fee_estimates.dat, mncache.dat, mnpayments.dat, peers.dat with: rm -rf ~/.darknet/database rm -rf ~/.darknet/backups rm -rf ~/.darknet/blocks rm -rf ~/.darknet/budget.dat rm -rf ~/.darknet/chainstate rm -rf ~/.darknet/db.log rm -rf ~/.darknet/debug.log rm -rf ~/.darknet/fee_estimates.dat rm -rf ~/.darknet/mncache.dat rm -rf ~/.darknet/mnpayments.dat rm -rf ~/.darknet/peers.dat
Again, to list the contents of your .darknet (which should now only contain your: darknet.conf, masternode.conf and wallet.dat). Next, Remove the 'old' Dnet folder and daemon : Download Dnet v2.0.0.0 : wget https://github.com/Darknet-Crypto/Darknet/releases/download/v2.0.0.0/Darknet-Qt-Linux64-Wallet-v2.0.0.0.zip Re-make the Dnet directory: mkdir Darknet && cd Darknet && mkdir src && cd Unzip the download : unzip Darknet-Qt-Linux64-Wallet-v2.0.0.0.zip -d Darknet/src Move the (required) unzipped files to the 'default' directory : mv Darknet/src/Darknet-linux64-v2.0.0.0/darknet-tx Darknet/src/ mv Darknet/src/Darknet-linux64-v2.0.0.0/darknet-cli Darknet/src/ mv Darknet/src/Darknet-linux64-v2.0.0.0/darknetd Darknet/src/
Tidy up: rm -rv Darknet/src/Darknet-linux64-v2.0.0.0 Restart the Dnet daemon: cd Darknet/src && ./darknetd Etc., Done. Thought of the day ... Masternode darknet.conf add : reservebalance=10001?
