How do we know which is the good chain?
Is there a solid reference of a good chain to compare with all the time?

My masternodes are stuck on various blocks while my controller wallet has a much higher block number.

But the MN info site has an even higher number! I'm getting really confused. Sad
http://178.254.23.111/~pub/DN/DN_masternode_payments_stats.html

basically everythings knackered and we will probably be starting back at pos switch over again once its fixed.

i just trying sync one again with only 2.0.1 peers as addnodes here is my list of them

addnode=72.49.184.206
addnode=68.227.30.210
addnode=74.118.192.18
addnode=68.227.23.166
addnode=138.68.50.249
addnode=173.245.157.244
addnode=173.245.158.8
addnode=coin-server.com
addnode=164.132.176.111
addnode=54.183.10.48
addnode=192.241.217.126
addnode=37.59.209.79
addnode=162.220.55.207
addnode=192.241.217.126
addnode=164.132.189.211
addnode=162.220.55.207
addnode=104.236.183.29
addnode=37.59.209.67
addnode=37.59.209.122
addnode=192.99.217.99
addnode=164.132.237.216

This list of nodes is getting me to block 260657, so I'm much further than before (but yeah, who knows if this is the right chain!).

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

My latest tweet!  Grin Grin Grin

New v2.0.2.0 $DNET wallet incoming with enforced MIN protocol. Best to not bother with the v2.0.1.0 wallet for now.

had a thought about that 60k that is to be burnt. why not use it to pay of coinpayments so we can get added?

I agree, it seems a good idea, if these are to be burnt, that would be a better use for it.

I second that, I am planning on offering vape juice for DNET in about a month.  I am going to be using using Coinpayments as my gateway.

9596a9d05c7b20c8dea6b9effd177d12f4de7e5ab8b04919662eb8475cc8d7f0

But yeah, best to wait for the new wallet!!

update: installed new UI Mac wallet, block synced up perfect POS triggered  staking and off 10K collected 22 Dnet, moving onto updating my network of master nodes , stand by and yeah, thank you!

btw, and you all should be aware, got a word that electrical costs will go up dramatically, and POS wont be so much an optional tech feature but a must feature! anyways off to sync and rsync (my new bodies..)

Mine is also staking well but I'm at 261212 and shows a different hash at the bock you posted. Tongue

getblockhash 261166

Anyways, how do you confirm that you are on the correct chain?

Your block# at least seems to line up with MN info page: (mine doesn't)
http://178.254.23.111/~pub/DN/DN_masternode_payments_stats.html

I'm just going to wait for the new wallet now...

windows wallet and staking looks good so far.

before i update all my masternodes again:
do we have to delete the chain, peers.dat and edit the conf file on masternodes too?

btw. http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/DNET/index.php is not working properly i guess

Staking is going to be much slower now that everyone is actually competing for blocks, instead of happily staking their own chain, competing only with themselves.

Yes, you need to follow the same steps on your masternodes.

Presstab's explorer is stuck, he knows, he is probably getting some well deserved rest.
