if I am, I will not pay tax on this bitcoin income, why? because in my country the tax was not used for the welfare of the people, instead of being corrupted by state officials, this is the reason why I will not pay tax on this bitcoin income

If I'm a business I have a company and a high income then I have to pay taxes that is of course. So those who make a lot of money are the rich, they have to pay taxes. So I will pay taxes if I am a billionaire.

Yes. Any money I gain, I am suppose to pay tax on it. The government uses the tax to develop the country.

Yes? Really? Which is your wonderful country where politicians are actually doing what they are supposed to do?

In ideal case, everyone has to pay taxes, as they are using infrastructure such as roads and bridges. But the rich should pay a higher percentage in taxes as they can afford to do so. That is why countries such as the United States are having different slabs for income tax.

Yes. I will pay tax.

Taxes are actually meant to be paid if you are working.

Especially when your government is actually making good use
Of it back to the society and all.

Let's be honest here, I don't want to pay my taxes but it must be done, maybe i can slip away for a few years, but if they dig something and they will, they will hunt me down and my profit that's i already make will be gone. So it's more rational to pay my taxes.

While your crypto assets are in offline wallet, govt cannot find or confiscate it.

What an absurd logic!
If cryptocurrencies are illegal in your country, you must be quiet about your holdings. If you declare them in annual tax return, you just admit you have illegal assets (by point of view of your tyranic govt)!

Especially when your government is actually making good use
Of it back to the society and all.
There are only few countries in the world where vast majority of taxes you have paid really goes to the public good.

Do you think privacy-coins will gain even more popularity after government tries to get even stricter control + taxes?

Not necessary altcoins. Bitcoin can be easily anonymized through a mixer and converted into fiat using P2P cash exchange (e.g. Localbitcoins).

I am going to pay taxes if I will get some profit, because "safety first" is my motto. I am weak insignificant human being, how will I fight against those fascists who are robbing us? I shall share my profit to calm them down, to dont lose all I have. Life is cruel, being against the power is dead end

Yes I'm going to pay tax. One of the problems still facing my country is that majority run away from contributing their quota to the government by paying taxes. Many believe that everything is government's responsibility. If we expect good infrastructure, better standard of living, institutions, then we must be diligent in paying our taxes. I'm ready to pay tax as at when due.

If I'd earn 1 Million dollars with my bitcoins I'd move to a country where I don't have to pay taxes - as simple as that! Cheesy

If the payoff is a profitable amount of money, I'm going to pay the tax, but there's no provision for it now.

I am going to be paying taxes on what I cash out.  However, I'm attempting to cash as little out as possible.  So far I haven't cashed out any.

Yes i will. Its the responsibility of each and every member of the country to pay taxes and should not run away. These taxes are actually being utilised by the government for the public welfare that means for us and we must be loyal to our government in paying taxes. If our government don't have sufficient fund than it may face serious hurdles in maintaining public welfare which will indirectly affect us.
