Sent bitcoins on 6/18 for a bitcoin to PayPal transaction, still have not received one email back from the support team, or any funds in my paypal account. Please respond to my emails so I know exactly what's going on. I see your BTC wallet address has the exact amount that I was told to send on 6/18, so why is my order so backed up? When I placed the order the estimated time was about one hour...

We're working to get to your issue in the support queue.  Thanks.

The issue I have is that you guys never sent me money... It's pretty simple... Could you tell me/us exactly what you are doing to solve our "issues?" and maybe when we can expect to see some kind of resolve?

We're currently experiencing some support back log as a result of our new beta site launching last week.  Most issues are resolved as they come in but it also depends on what type of issue you have.  Some issues are easier to solve and are resolved faster then others.

I've been getting "we are experiencing problems with one of our partners" error all day after completing step 2 as a guest. Tried different browsers, different computers, different operating systems, different internet connections, nothing works. Are orders on hold or something?

So im an idiot and i put my blockchain wallet # instead of the payment # in my order from bitistant and now my money is stuck in limbo...
please help...

Had a transaction fail to Mt.Gox on 6/12/13 because I provided my account # instead of a wallet address.  I opened a support ticket and after days was asked to provide a wallet address.  I have provided a wallet address since 6/17  No one responds to my emails and my money has been sitting with bitinstant going on 9 days.  In an attempt to find someone to help I have found this forum.  If you are out there charlie...can you please help me...support ticket # 10815  i really need my money.  I have gotten so frustrated with this.  please help and respond to my emails to support...thank you in advance

Just an update on this error, but it seems if you type a different name and phone number that it will go through

 I posted about my problem yesterday... I see many others finally getting their BTC here... but the only reply I've seen to my issue is to email customer service.. Are you kidding me? I have already contacted them 3 times with no reply... and no BTC yet... I am going to try this one more time so here you go..

Purchased BTC in the amount of $63.95 USD from Bitinstant on Tuesday 6/18/2013... Paid ZipZap $63.95 (Account #494275779) Within minutes they sent me confirmation that you have been paid.. A few minutes later I receive an email from you that you have in fact been paid but due to a "Transaction Failure" (Transaction ID: 9b4b3fc6-110a-432a-bfcc-8d56601b1db7 )  you did not fund my coin and someone would be contacting me to fix the issue. Who?  When?  This year?  I am using the latest MultiBit wallet and here is my address:

I am nothing but satisfied with BitInstant's service. There are delays sometimes and that happens with everyone as there will be bugs or kinks but they get it resolved eventually if they know about it! They can't resolve your issue if you don't properly inform them about it. The lack of communication? They're processing orders! Let them work so we can all enjoy a truly instant service. Smiley

I understand that, but they have known about it and have had my support case since 6/12.  I have sent replies to their email everyday since then, multiple times a day and do not get a response.  I can understand delays, but over 9 days when all they need to do is send my money that they have to the address I provided is unacceptable.  But I am glad to hear that some people are getting service and are satisfied, wish I was one of them Smiley

Hey guys, I've read a lot through this forum and I'm still getting this "We are experiencing problems with one of our partners, please try again later." I've had this error for over 2 weeks now. Is there any way of getting around this? Also note I can't do a bank transfer or use mtgox.

Unfortunately since Bitinstant was no help to me I issued a refund from zip zap. After my money was held by Bitinstant for over 2 weeks I've finally had enough. Once Zip Zap contacted Bitinstant in regards to my issue which was due to Bitinstants Beta site Bitinstant had the nerve to tell ZipZap it was my fault due to a wrong account number. Coinapult also lied to Zip Zap stating that they have contacted me and I have yet to reply. This is completely false! Bitinstant claims to have contacted Coinapult for me and on top of that I contacted Coinapult on my own twice. This has been a terrible experience in dealing with Bitinstants business and customer support. I hope you guys can eventually get your issues resolved because right now your company is damaging the credit and idea behind the bitcoin.
