@LEOcoin Foundation

What is the LeoCoin Foundation's position on the effect of POS:

Inflationary or deflationary ?

@Peter78

I think that very much depends on what monetary economic school one adheres to. Some will regard the creatio ex nihilo of fiat currencies by commercial banks as inflation (e.g. the Austrian school), while others - mostly the 80% of Neo-Keynesians - will not. Again some will see inflation connected to the price level or purchasing power, and not already connected with an increased supply. With regard to POS as mechanism of LEOcoin creation, it thus cannot that easy be said, as for both views there can be found arguments. At least will some investment - either in actual (Khs) or virtual (stake) RIGs - be necessary, thus POS may not be ex nihilo or freem, thus to some extend inflationary effects - if any - will be countered. Also getting more LEOcoins will increase total supply - for which again may or may not be demand, working out on the price level.

Currently LEOcoin Foundation is considering our stance on the effects and will publish that later this year, probably in the form of a white paper. With regard to digital currencies being deflationary in nature, I agree, but this goes for most CC and thus has nothing to do with the POS mechanism as such.

Is an estimated time frame for POS start?
"soon" is too vague, and should be a reasonable time to let people to install new wallet (if they want).

Looking forward to PoS as well - but interesting  what's happening right now, old plan of buying cheap on LEObit and selling higher on LEOxChange isn't working - it's now all at 0.0006 BTC on exchanges and going up.

I buy privately anyone selling at 0.0005 BTC for 100,000+ coins. PM me.

My thoughts PoS are:

1 - Price go up because people like interest on coins and they have to keep at least 50k to get 20%
2 - LEO travel site gives place to spend coins so helps more people use coin
3 - LEO members use mining service and add volume on exchange

Any way - PM me if you want sell!

What minimum legal criteria do you mean?

If a company does business with another company within the EU, you must be able to provide the following data of your business partner:

Official, registered company name
Registered company address
National Registration number
EU VAT registration number

I can't find that anywhere on the website.  Sad

@Peter78

I found some entries under point #18: https://www.leoxchange.com/about/TermsOfService.aspx. It states:

"www.leoxchange.com is a website operated by LEOXCHANGE (LONDON) LIMITED. Situation of registered office is in England and Wales under Company number 09400584 and registered office is at 62 Stakes Road Purbrook, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 5NT."

Great. That must have been added....

Now the second problem:
If I use LeoXchange, I will pay fees.

As a company, I need invoices!

I can find nowhere information on invoices. How? when ? do they mention all necessary information to be accepted by tax authorities ?

Please Peter78, contact the LEOxChange for that, I am not in their customer support team. But, you see, that you questions has been passed on and have implemented change.

LEOxChange management reassured me, they are always trying to keep LEOxChange at top notch quality with high priority on safety & legal issues. They told me that they want to listen to customer suggestions and ideas and many improvements or decisions are driven because of that in order to offer the best to their customers.

More exciting news will soon follow, but meanwhile, please all understand, that both LEOcoin Foundation and also third parties will need time and effort to work on progress. One issue, we shall be attending is the development of LEOcoin as mean of exchange. For this we intend to get LEOcoin listed on more exchanges and on certain websites where market capitalisations are shown.

If you wish to see that too, please feel free to endorse your support of LEOcoin to such parties. By doing so, you help LEOcoin ahead, which is greatly appreciated by the LEOcoin Foundation, as well as by those many other persons who own and trust LEOcoin.

@all

current development in price has also increased the total hashes in the network again. I now estimate that botnet virus and/or other CPU mining still has the equivalent of about 4000 R280x GPU, the rest of the hashes is in known pools.

Trade volume will likely exceed 100 BTC again, for the second day in succession. Let us hope, it stays this way.

When I deposit takes about 1 hour (sometimes more sometimes less) - have to always stays inside limits otherwise flagged. Has happened to me before and they manually check it so account get's locked for over-depositing. Also now 0% fee on withdrawals so not so much of issue if you over deposit LEOcoin just need to withdraw and wait. Think because of botnet problem they are more worried than others about this.

Unfortunate, he will have to wait until the time passes, than he will need to withdraw exceeded founds. Even if he withdraw sooner, transaction of that withdrawal will take place after "frozen" time pass. This is not written anywhere but LEO scammers will hold your coins and you will still have to withdraw. And they will take there fees along the way...
