I was about to open an account for my company on LeoBit exchange.
But the last thing I want for my European company is to have money flows to/from a company in the British Virgin Islands.....

Even if it might be legal what I am doing, that will lead to questions from my local tax inspection....

Also LeoXchange does not even meet the minimum legal criteria with their "Terms and Conditions" that allows a European company to use them.

What minimum legal criteria do you mean? Please elaborate on that, so I can pass this on. I am under the impression that LEOxChange is absolutely committed to be in agreement with EU and UK regulations.

Now with new wallet and deamon there will not be a problem to get LEOcoin on few exchanges! When price start to rise there are for sure few big exchanges like bittrex and poloniex that will ad leocoin asap!!!!
