Why the fuck are you complaining for a GUI wallet. There is an online wallet which is available. You can't wait 10 minutes to dump your coins or wtf?

Are you really that thick? I don't care for dumping, I just wanted to solomine but haven't had time to figure out how to set it up.
It's 2016 and this is a long time project yet it's missing a basic feature; ease of use.

Now everyone's mining on nova and will probably transfer to exchanges as soon as possible without ever bothering with the wallet.

Not your keys, not your coins!

LMAO the price is rising and there isnt even anyone selling it.
Means that there is major interest around decred(this is obvious for weeks now) and people don't want to dump(it's a good thing)

installed cert in ca-certificates.conf etc and triple checked user/pass with cgminer but I get this^ in the dcrd console and

wallet is not user friendly, same errors here like astral

hope suprnova is on main net now.

I agree. It is very difficult to get the wallet up and running since there are some commands that I don't quite understand yet. I have managed to get into the wallet, but all I get is the following error message:

Code:

"error at wallet service, insight error"

So difficult to start new coins nowdays. Next coin will be "code half wallet by yourself and run".
New coins needs to be more simple for people.

I quite completely disagree.  If it's too difficult to read some instructions and enter a few command line texts, then maybe immediate dumpers won't prevail so hard.

I read instructions but there is mismatch.

Anyone else have a 0 balance after importing airdrop seed?

Yeah. Seems like they didn't distribute it yet.

You can miner after creating account and worker. Use following command:

cgminer --blake256 -o http://mine1.coinmine.pl:2999 -u worker.n -p password

The commands for wallet are tricky. When you paste the passwords you never see anything therefore you don't know if it was inputed or not. Should it be seen or not? I don't know if the password were accepted now.

The seed import when fine.

Also I was never asked for the wallet username, just the dcdr username.
