Check in explorer if your address was credited with the coins at airdrop

When I put the address i get from verify.bat into the explorer it shows 282.63795424 DCR so I must have done something incorrect with the web wallet.  I can't imagine what but I don't care for web wallets anyway.  Is there a location with documentation on importing the seed into the command line wallet?  I've been looking but haven't found anything.

How come you cannot deposit DCR on Bittrex? I mean, it doesnt show up after i sent it.

i think the solution to your problem is to WAIT.  Grin

Currently blockhain is moving quite slowly for some reason. I'm also waiting for my deposit to arrive to Bittrex.
Just have to be patient.  Wink

Regarding this "unknown-work" issue - I did some research and found that it is a miner issue, its a wrong reversal of the hash.

I expect (for example) 012345678 from the miner when validating the work - but I get 876543210 - and this is where the hash is rejected.

Would be interesting which version is the "bad" one - I did not see that behavior on the latest github version...

Well I'm getting less rejects on v0.4.0, but not sure if that is translating into more accepted hash, still seems lower than my cgminer box at pool. I know it is just an estimate Smiley

It is all the time saying dbits locked by pending payments...

could not send payments: funds are locked by pending proposals..

Problem solved with webwallet!!!

First change the units in dcr in stead of dbits!!
Then you can see how many dcr you send out without mistakes.

I was sending 0,0000001 dcr out - means 10 dbits i guess + a fee or 0.00xxx dcr.
You can feel that is not possible and asking for problems.

So I accidently press on the home page or a send page on the sent 10 coin and I saw a option. Cancel you sending transaction!!!

After resend with drc it works immediatly and now it is pending deposite in deposite adress.

good luck guys, but DEV PLEASE USE CORRECT UNITS NEXT TIME Smiley

Thank you sir.  That information was exactly what I was looking for.  I don't understand what went wrong using the web wallet but I prefer the local command line wallet anyway.  I was able to import my seed and got the following results:

D:\decred>dcrctl -u xxxxxx -P xxxxxxxx --wallet getbalance
282.63795424

So all is good.

Decred is now on both Bittrex and Bleutrade. Will keep working on more as the dev keeps churning! Should have a stake pool you can join very soon as well.

ffs that is a lot to read.... about half way through it and it looks mighty interesting.

Hey billotronic, thanks for having a look! Sorry about it being super long - there's been so much going on around the code as well! Getting that across in a short way is a challenge that's hard to meet.

Can you elaborate on this for the airdrop?::
Quote
If you have contributed to the advancement of technology in its many forms, plan to, or are keen to participate in Decred, please ensure your URL links to material that demonstrates this.

With regards to your question, what Decred is hoping to do is get people involved who are doers - so it's not just a free-for-all giveaway. If you read it, and it resonates with you in some way, and you can see it growing from this foundation - in particular if can see yourself joining the project and being part of it, then you would qualify for the airdrop. Even just having an account that's been active in discourse on the issues, that's important and worthwhile.

The hope is to get people involved through the airdrop who are either interested in developing the actual Decred technology (software, etc.) or develop the project and governance in other ways. So that's really all it's about, trying to find people who are interested and want to walk this journey together. It's not going to be a project where those who were there first call all the shots - it's going to be open and collaborative. A place where contributing will reward.

^uhhh so how can i contribute since i got burned on the mock airdrop ,,grrrr :\

Guys I'm blogging about Altcoins since 2.5 years. I think I have never seen such a complicated installation procedure as here. Are you serious?
This is the poorest first impression you can get.
Price is only high because 90% is not able to claimt their coins, because you need to be a guy like here to understand this:
