If bitcoin is banned and we continue to use it, we will be considered criminals and will be threatened with layered legal consequences, this is a disadvantage especially for miners and people who depend on crypto currency, but I think this possibility is very small unless the government makes a special successor and replace the version of their own business crypto system.

If Bitcoin will be banned by all government, then I think bitcoin will die and so the other altcoins. But I do not really see a reason why this would happen, if the government really wanted its people to improve financially, then why ban bitcoin when there is sure income for the people from it.

I think it's impossible, how can bitcoin be banned while I understand that here we work and get wages like ordinary work or mined bitcoin it is also struggling to find it and if there are parties in rugikan.ganja, drugs, ecstasy, heroin in banned all over the world but what there is no such item in this world, it can be for your consideration of your question.

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?
People would still use Bitcoin if it was banned. There is no stopping it with that method.

How can anyone ban something he can't control? ) You can restrict birds to fly, but who cares? It's only words anyway. No matter what others think about it.

All a government has to do is say you will not be allowed to deal with bitcoin no more, if we do catch you selling or buying it we'll throw you in jail/fine you heavily etc.
The network is not bannable, but it would surely put off enough people.

Even if the government passed a law to ban bitcoin, there are no servers to block & no network of IPs to filter. People will still continue to use it.

If You hold any amount of BTC, nobody knows about it. You can easily go to another country with another point of view on the question to transfer it into currency, if You really need it. Or you can pay your goods by BTC. Or You can change Your BTC with Your friends for example.

Obviously nobody knows about it Smiley
But the issue lies with exchanging it to fiat or from fiat, at least currently with the centralized exchanges.
If you don't want fiat you won't have these problems, but unfortunately most people don't really care about bitcoin. They just care about the money they can make with it.

I don't think bitcoin will ever be banned especially in my country. In order to do that, there must be a strong policy that is focused on eradicating the use of bitcoin as well as the type of punishment for such act, let's say reclusion perpetua, maybe? But then again, the government must be able to track all computer and internet users in the country (or in a global scale) just so they can detect the bitcoin users, which is almost close to impossible to do. Plus, some countries' economy is tied to bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

It would have to be banned globally. It's rather unrealistic. Especially Bitcoin is not considered a currency in most countries. I was so afraid he forbade me to collect grain. Also has a price ...

I think there are no problems if all countries in the world ban BTC. Because the value of Bitcoin is not made by Government. BTC with its advantages has own value, and many people in the world accept it.  Cool

If bitcoin was banned, that would be very devastating for the users of bitcoin. Bitcoin can become a source of income for those who are only staying at home. Bitcoin is really helpful for those who are in need of using it.

Bitcoin being banned may also be a sign that bitcoin might be a threat to them, but they do not know that bitcoin is very useful. If bitcoin is banned, there would be a lot of internet users that will be mad for that because some uses bitcoin for their daily necessities.

They should really think about the decision before banning bitcoin. Bitcoin must be legalized because the value of bitcoin is really high and the number of users is still increasing.
Well I think it’s not possible that bitcoin can banned we know that china banned bitcoin in his country but as other countries start to accept bitcoin so china also trying to review his decision about banned and in some parts of china bitcoin is working because bitcoin is going to help people and world need bitcoin and respect it.

If the BTC will be banned, there many users of btc will be sad or will be depress, because btc is the source of income of many people like me and btc has a many benefits for us, so when btc has been banned i will cash out all my money and to start a new life without bitcoin.

I think people will continue to invest in bitcoin and they will not stop using bitcoin, even if the government banned bitcoin. They don't care what government decision and people get disappoint to the  government.. Its so possible also that some country will banned the bitcoin, because it may helps the economy and gives chance to the people to earn this is because of to help the poverty. Government wont declared illegal because there are some benefits and opportunity in bitcoin it.

I would just keep it and consider moving out to another country after I graduate. Why would I stay in a country which doesn't allow me to use something completely safe and futureproof? My country has more important problems right now, I haven't even heard anything about cryptocurrencies from them. I have no idea how would they determine if someone own bitcoins or uses them. VPNs and TOR are easy to configure and use.
Ban or no ban, you do not necessarily have to leave your country for another that's Bitcoin friendly, to be able to spend your coins, unless you really want to. Be that as it may, many countries have been sitting on the fence, observing Bitcoin and the realization that Bitcoin cannot be banned in principle is fast holding ground and going forward, we're going to see the governments of most countries legalizing Bitcoin than banning it as that stands to serve their interests better!
