Summer recap
Nexus (NXS) - Hit the target of $1 and peaked around $1.75. Still very high on NXS like a lot of other people. It didn't drop nearly as much as a lot of other coins during the recent crash. It is still highly undervalued and some people think it can at least hit $5 with upwards of $50. Highly recommend NXS
Komodo (KMD) - Hit the target of $0.50 and went all the way up to $2.50. I sold all my KMD and have not really kept up with it recently.

Prime-XI (PXI) - Hit the target of $100,000 marketcap and is currently sitting around that. The developer is currently working on a hard fork to decrease the block reward which should have a positive impact on price. Still super cheap. Only ~$100,000 marketcap... Has a ton of room to grow.
Terracoin (TRC) - Hit the target of 2000 sats, and it is currently at ~4000 sats. I am extremely high on TRC. I take back what I said about there being a small chance of it hitting 10000 sats. I think it is basically a guarantee that TRC hits 10000 sats and higher. Masternodes will be implemented in 10 weeks and it will cost 5k per masternode. The price will only climb as TRC gets closer to the masternode implementation. It has garnered a lot of interest lately. TRC is currently sitting around $0.10 and I think it eventually hits $1 and higher. There is a ton of potential here.

Nexus (NXS) - Still extremely high on NXS. Just wait until the Nexus conference next month in Aspen, CO. It has attracted a ton of interest. Just look at this impressive list of speakers that will be attending.

Prime-XI (PXI) - I still recommend PXI. The dev is still working on the hardfork which will decrease the block rewards, therefore increasing the value of each PXI. This is purely a value play considering it's super small marketcap of less than $200,000. Lot of room to grow from here

Terracoin (TRC) - TRC is back to a very good buy area. It eclipsed 10000 sats just like I thought it would and it is now back to around 2000 sats which is a bargain. TRC is one of the oldest coins in crypto and has global name recognition. It has been around since 2012. Masternodes will be implemented in approximately 5 weeks. Testnet is up and running. This is a great time to accumulate some cheap TRC before masternodes. It will eventually hit $1+

BitBay (BAY) - BAY is one of my favorite coins. I firmly believe it is one of the most undervalued coins in all of crypto. Great buy right now around 500 sats. It already has a decentralized marketplace that uses double deposit escrow so there are no 3rd parties involved. A ton of work is being put in to it. The rolling peg is just icing on the cake. It has one of the most extensive lists of useful features in all of crypto.

Unitus (UIS) - UIS should be given a strong look. It is the 1st coin that was able to combine multiple algorithms with merge mining. It can be mined with Skein, Lyra2re2, Argon2d, Yescrypt and x11. All of those are merge mineable. Very unique coin. Extremely secure, energy efficient, and mineable by the average person. There was no premine, ICO or dev tax. Just pure rewards. There are also only ~46.8 million coins in circulation. UIS has been running with no problems for almost 3 years and has a very talented and active developer with a budding community. It was recently listed on the Chinese exchange, BTC100 and it has been racking up a good amount of volume over there. You can also buy UIS on Cryptopia. There are also plans to get on more exchanges like Bittrex, BTC38, etc. There is also a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes that is being kept private for now. Work is being put into UIS in all areas. I highly recommend UIS right now.
Here is a recent quote from the developer in the ANN thread, "We're closing in on a major core wallet update, to be released soon. Will be further news and updates to come. [We are also] planning for a major marketing offensive underway to coincide with the new wallet release. Watch this space."
This coin only has a market cap of about $1 million... Unitus has potential for immense growth. Extremely undervalued, IMO.
