I see DeepOnion with a large distribution.  The price is rising fast, yet it is still not very high yet.  I think it can more than double again and its market cap can get closer to its level of interest as it gets more attention.

Sure, but just a few out of 000's of them. But how do we tell which is what buying is the main problem because an ICO with a huge and fascinating marketing and PR effort doesn't mean it's worth buying and to those ones with great potentials but with less funds to solve their marketing and PR stages. I recently read a new ANN from a newbie account, probably the ANN was recently posted and or something... but the whole replies was ... it's scam, it's scam, it's scam and this is probably because the ANN wasn't initially posted with any links to their whitepaper, site or something but a few hours later, those got posted and suddenly all the scamming replies stopped. So it all depends on the potentials of the projects, mate.

By looking at https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/deeponion/ it has a fast increase to almost hit $5 starting from $ 0.11 this month alone, that's what you called the price just skyrocketed. If you check their thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2006010.0 it's very active and this community is sure will grow faster. It's something worth watching now as it is only traded in one exchange which Nova exchange but the growth is very impressive.

It hard to take opinions seriously, since there's the agenda of people just promoting their own coin that they hold lots of.

This is why you need to try to make your own research and ask for advice only to those users that you trust or that you think have given good advice on the past, however I think the best method is to rely on your own skills that way you do not depend on anyone to make money.

Yes much better to make own research about that coin and never depends on people that suggesting for what they hold or have coins maybe all of us do that way but mych appropriately when you are making own and study and see the value of that coin.

The issue is that many people think of ico and altcoin trading as something easy to do and they just want to get some fast profits not understanding that this is not the case and in order to make profits you need to be willing to dedicate time and effort before you even see any kind of profit.

In the beginning i had as well all kind of altcoins, maybe 40 or more.
I hoped as well one day the price should go up.
I have been staying away for about half a year, because i had too much work with building a house for my daughter and when i look now, i see that a lot of these coins even don't exist anymore. They seem to be "dead" as people say. Some have stayed, but mostly is the price/btc going down.
I have decided to sell almost all my coins for BTC. I think personally this is the best. I find it too difficult to follow or see when a coin might be good in the future or  not.

The laws of the market and the features of the functioning of the crypto currency are working. Just some ICO are created to spin your coin, make money on it, and then this coin slowly dies without support and demand for it. To other new coins approach more responsibly and she lives and grows in price. Therefore, it seems to me that it is necessary to bet on old coins that have already shown themselves, or on coins, which are sure from the point of view of the peculiarities of the areas of its use.

No, just no, it won't be.  I don't even know where to start.  There are so many problems with "crowdfunded real estate" that it's actually sickening.  Who is in charge of these investments?  How are they regulated? (if its in the USA then it definitely needs to be by the book).  What about liquidity?  Most of all, this doesn't solve a problem.  People can very easily buy into REIT's if they want to get involved in real estate.  You know, funds that are actually legitimate.  Hope you haven't bet the house on this one.

I'd agree. And the ICO terms put their MCap between $35M and $70M. Quite a lot imho.

anybody checking out ARK coin??? got in at $1 its currently around $2.50 and had a high of $3 this week... a lot of people online talking about the tech behind the project, of course some people saying its a pump and dump but i think in the future the price can be $5+ ..... has anybody here invested in this project and read about the future of this??

Well almost all high potential altcoins needs long term and i may see a good coin after that in NEBL i have no knowledge also the Tieron but In real estate i know atlant ,rex and etc.. are now running and well see it in the future what real estate will rank the best one.

Real Estate is new field on ICOs market in recent. We also see many ICOs project have same idea but they still successfully, example: TenX, Monaco, ...

Reason i am looking into them are they are an interesting project (about co-creation), with a strong team, great whitepaper, good concepts and a strong social media following.  Also as they are still in the Pre-sale meaning I can get a lot more for my money.
