what is the point of this > Anyone can alter an electrum wallet to make it look like they own the address by simply modifying the wallet file. It will fail signing of, course. SO I ask you, WHAT IS YOUR POINT

There are a lot of scams on this topic...
For example:

There are thousands posts related this how to addition multiplication

You cannot perform standard addition or multiplication directly on a Hash160 output because it's a 160-bit (20-byte) hash, a non-reversible cryptographic function. However, if you are referring to the multiplication method of creating a hash, this involves multiplying a key by a constant and extracting a portion, while for the hash160 algorithm itself, addition and multiplication are internal processes within the underlying SHA-256 and RIPEMD-160 functions, which are not meant to be manipulated externally
Pubkey hash and ripemd hash  two different subject
What about narrow the range, it's by default scence is pubkey hash
Ripemd hash is convertor for address, in other words address symbol in hash160

That was actually pretty cool. The quote from the saatoshi_rising @ 2:26 was bit mangled, however.
Nonetheless, bravo!

Does the hash narrow the range?

Hashing in Bitcoin doesn’t shrink the real search space of the private key. It just compresses data, which naturally causes collisions. You start with 256 bits → hash → 256 bits → hash → 160 bits. Collisions at the 160-bit stage are normal and expected.

Thanks for catching that typo, fixed "Towerds" to "Towards" in my bio Smiley
No worries about the link at all, totally get the caution.

I’ve already scanned millions of PVK suffix, using completely random Python/C++ generation.
Now I’ve opened the exact same tool to the public so anyone can drop in their own hand-picked 8 hex characters.
Just a simple experiment: let’s see how much difference there really is between pure machine randomness and a human going “yeah this one feels lucky”, Cheesy
And whether people end up clustering in the same spots.

Basically turning the unsolved Puzzle 71 into a behavioral crypto experiment and Fun.

Anyway tool is live now...

Hello everyone!

For those looking for puzzles 71, 72, 73, etc., I have finally completed the development of a project that can unite us all in an honest search.
An honest pool with an open API.

The puzzle range is divided into 67,108,864 parts, each part being 2^44.
It uses open-source software: https://github.com/FixedPaul/VanitySearch-Bitcrack. Its source code is unmodified; you can download it directly from its repository and use it.

All automation and server interaction are handled by a Python script. In general, I have described everything in more detail on Git: https://github.com/homlol/honestpool.

Website: https://honestpool.ru
GIT: https://github.com/homlol/honestpool
API: https://github.com/homlol/honestpool?tab=readme-ov-file#api
TG Group: @homlol_pool

Good luck to everyone
