Exactly, that is possible at the time of halving, but not sure what would be the price after halving, it might drop down suddenly below $400 and its quiet possible.

Well calculated. Atleast by this end or by the starting of next year we may reach $800. It can be even faster as the nature of bitcoin grows suddenly without any notification.

the entire mining industry is nearly in the hands of china. nearly every price increase is started by chinese exchanges and the other exchanges just follow as brave sheeps. the demand is comming from there so they will definitely cause the price to reach higher levels.

I think this can happen but it will take some time, this year its definitely possible, I think we just have to wait till the halving has been done.
If the halving has been done we get to know it for sure and 800 dollar is even possible without the halving if you ask me, maybe it will reach this amount before it.
