it's rar5 archive, maybe you're still in 2015 lol
if you dont' have rar 5.* use latest 7-zip or smth newest.
it's not me being too hot on newest stuff, just rar5 is safest and most effective in all aspects imho

This is pretty weird, so I'm following this guide for windows MN https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Forum/Thread/568?postId=3681
And everytime I try to start it @ nucles -> my nucleus -> start, I get Could not vin allocate collateral address. Tried unlocking wallet before and sending exact 25k, nothing. Then I unlocked for staking, went to debug, master start and it successfully started masternode. So, is it working or not now ?

my masternode.conf is the same too

EDIT: I removed the masternode.conf, it just didn't want to work with that and change port to 32001 since 9999 for some reason didn't want to open, even with port forwarding on router (didn't open 32001 on router, still works). Started from debug since nucleus start still didn't work but I see my IP in the masternode list, previously the active time stayed at 00:00 then simply got removed from the list (after about 20-30min), now it's active for 2hours+, waiting for the first reward.

just got my first reward from the masternode, in transactions it shows 224 coins and overview shows 14.42 coins, I guess transactions list is just bugged ?

I understand you pessimism, however price isn't a factor as much as volume. I never get worried about the price, the ups and downs are great buy and sell opportunities. Volume is king, advertisement is necesasary, and bug fixes are a must.

I have been slammed with work as it is still busy season for me, but that ends tomorrow.

Sucessfully setup a masternode, but It just appears as "00m:00s" in the Nucleus Network list amongst all others.
How can I be sure that it is really started and working correctly?

type masternode debug in the console to see if it's going but in my experience if it stays at 00:00 for more than 10-20minutes, it's not working.

my local wallet says "No problems were found", got also my first reward of 67 coins
Can't see my nodes in the official list though, but seems fine for now... Not sure.
I'll see what happens next.

Could someone explain to me WHY and HOW I have a debug.log file HUGE in size (11 Go) ?

I don't get that for any of the many coins I have in desktop wallets

Is there a way to get rid off the content in that file or?
