I am sorry, I only use windows and linux. I am a caveman  Try to use my addnodes it works great but I don't know where mac users can find their config file (in "%appdata%/Neutron" for us windows users)

See previous posts.. need to manually sync using a blockchain someone else posted, also try updating your nodes (in neutron.conf) using the most recent addnodes posted.
