Do you still believe in bitcoin

I joined up over here in 2012-13. At the time it seemed like a way to make a quick buck. Overtime as i read about it more and more, i became interested in the freedom it provides. As time has went on however, my interest and belief in bitcoin have waned. I won't get into the details of why, but i'm wondering what your honest opinion of bitcoin is, with a simple vote, and possibly an explanation.

yes of course. i still believe in bitcoin. because just before I withdraw money through BTC. ,

i believe in bitcoin too to be honest and i think that its price will soon start increasing really fast

I actually think that Bitcoin has a long way to go and I also don't really want it disappear, it's the future, hopefully. Got to spread awareness about it in order for it to survive.

Though I see more and more people withdraw from bitcoin because they are very negative about it, they don't see that the value is actually rising. Got to wait and see what happens.

what's the other way? Spending your cold hard cash on Bitcoin? To me that seems like a legit way to "earn" bitcoin.
Not everyone has a skill than revolves around sitting in front of a computer all day doing crap work for people online.

In due time we can reach massive adoption and it would result to a stable market in bitcoin, for now we are in the early phase and all the is profitable now is to invest only and hold for a longer period of time, the way we can spend online is just limited because some businesses have not adopted with bitcoins yet.

Yeah its better to invest our time on this forum to earn some bitcoins rather then wasting time on youtube or facebook where you don't get anything in return, and I have total faith in bitcoin that it will be much bigger in future.

Yes, in many countries where bitcoin is accepted by many merchants made our life easier as from which the bitcoin market become more strong and big. Talking about the price and rate of bitcoin they are really high, they are good way of trading. By bitcoin we can easily change our life. I too believe in bitcoin.

I also joined up around 2013, and I fell off from the forum twice during that time and now. I entirely understand where you're coming from.

Back when Bitcoin popped to $1k/piece, I was immensely interested in it. I came on this forum soon after I started learning about Bitcoin, and then worked for ~$230 in Bitcoin back when it was $700-$900 each. Then the crash to $200 came around, I bailed and bought PMs at $550.

I stopped here for about a year and a half, no signature campaign, nothing. Interest in Bitcoin was destroyed.

Come back summer last year, try getting back into the signature campaigns, but this forum was dead, so I gave up. No new threads or new content to discuss. There was no way to be interested in the forum and actually want to do anything, since a new reply would happen once in a dozen minutes.

Leave, come back a month and a half ago, find forums alive, having a good time.



In short, it'll seem lame right now, but you'll probably be re-interested in some period of time. Just find a new aspect to learn about.

After the halving and the last week drop i dont believe into the bitcoin anymore because what will happen after the halving if before the halving the price of the bitcoin
already dropped that much that will not bring good things for the bitcoin you know. So if you want to know if i am still believe in the bitcoin you can say NO.

you shouldn't believe what fud spreaders say. they just want to make you think bitcoin will die so people will sell their coins in panic. that's it. the block halving will just make sure the supply and demand levels come closer to each other as block rewards will drop from 25btc now, to 12.5btc after the halving next month. also, only noobs sell when the price is going down. don't be one of them.

My opinion about that. That 1st im heard about bitcoin i don't really trust or whatever because nowaday we have no more free to get a money. And my friend told me we have the free to earn a real money. And. I say. How.? How can i do that. And he teach me if how to get a real money. And he teach me to bitcoin. He said use your internet to earn a money. There are many say to get this faucet ang play that game. And he pay you a small points. And me i follow what he said. It is a very long story. In short my answer or opinion of that question is YES. I believe the bitcoin that i will earn a lot of real money through that. 😉

I joined about the same time. At the time I was very interested in Bitcoin from a technical point of view, and I'm still interested just as much. Starting with the first bubble of 2013 (i.e. April), 90%+ of the people seemingly "interested" in Bitcoin were just circle jerking in their greed.

Don't get me wrong: I'm cool with greed, but people that were just hanging around because, you know, get rich quick 'n all, they bring nothing, nada, zip, nil to the community. Go watch your ticker, feed another trollbox and stop making noise.

And I won't even get into details about the horrible shitcoin spree all over the place at the same time.

Then it started deflating, and my hopes were that it would weed out the noise (on this forum and in general).

I don't know if it actually happened. At least the developments on max block size extensions are interesting to follow.

Nope. Definitely not the end. Just because many people are stopping to use bitcoin doesn't mean everyone SHOULD be ending their use as well. They are probably only quitting bitcoin because they lost profit when they bought bitcoin at ~$700+ and then the value dropped. I feel sorry for them for feeling defeated. I do.

But as for me, I am just really lucky because I bought most of my coins when the price was at ~$400 back in December and was able to sell quite a lot of coins when it hit the ~$750 mark.
