I think most of the delegates concentrate on their own profit, not the development of LISK, sadly Cry Cry Cry
This is a song I heard for a long time, as soon as the project began to breathe. I look at the mood and opinion of the people does not change with time. I thought I might have changed, but no.

even the real Lisk devs (like Isabella, atreides, wannabe_rotebaron ...) haven't any chance to reach the #101+ ranks atm. It's a shame how far Lisk Elite has overtaken the 101 ranks - paying lousy and dropping Lisk peanuts here, while saying "we love you". Absolutely planless Lisk newbies doing their own part to support this odd situation daily by voting all 101 delegates blindly (and crying 24 hours later "when I'll get my Lisk for voting", Tongue really can't hear/read this anymore), instead of informing themselves prior to that. The current state of this whole Lisk delegate voting system is nothing more than a black eyesore at Lisk's clean white slate.

Could Lisk benefit from this?

http://www.eweek.com/cloud/microsoft-adds-java-support-to-azure-functions-serverless-platform

If even Microsoft adds Java support to Azure serverless platform.

Java has nothing to do with Lisk.

How many lisk are needed in lisk wallet  to get free lisk.
Voting is every  week or or once in a month?

+1, I recently bought some (a small amount) LSK, so I am also interested in these questions

As a vote (for up to 33 delegates) costs you 1 LSK ;
As delegates share between 0% (yes, just check) and 90% ;

I would say that you can vote for 33 good delegates (with high sharing) with a minimum of 500 Lisk.
Below that, you won't receive a weekly reward (but maybe a monthly reward).

 Cool

go to https://dpostools.com/LISK/ and enter your Lisk amount there.
Then you can see how much you can earn with each delegate monthly.

Voting is required only one single time. The higher the share rate of a delegate, the higher your earnings are. Unfortunally most of the 101 delegates only share ridicolous 5-25%, so you shold prefer especially the few remaining independent pools which share 40%+.

Actually, I'm not so sure either about this calculator, or the delegates, because I'm not getting an amount even close to what I should be getting. Actually liskelite and robinhood are the only ones that paid me anything significant. I could easily unvote the rest of delegates, especially gdt pool, which voting for is pointless. You need to pay 1 lisk every month because they change their delegates that often, but in such month, even if you have a medium size wallet, you won't get your 1 lisk back.

What I don't understand is, if robinhood and their pool can pay that much that frequently and somehow they still find it profitable for them, why can't every delegate do this? I mean, I don't think robinhood complains about their personal profits and I for sure don't complain about what I get from voting for them. So it's a win-win situation. So where are other robinhood-like delegates?
+1 same here ...  Absolutely agree with you , i thing to unvote some delegates

Totally agree with you !

Some small holders vote for delegates without knowing anything. And they lose LSK ! For sure !
If you have a small wallet (<500 LSK), don't even vote for pool which change members every month ! Because you will have to vote again and again and you will lose LSK instead of earning it !

Small wallets should choose only 33 high rewarders delegates (or pool) to maximize their reward !

Yes. Lisk should change either the price for voting or change the whole voting system altogether. dPos is a good idea, but the current outcome is less then optimal and might hurt Lisk in the future.

My question is, LISK is a really bad coin. I have a lot of different coins, and LISK is one of the worst.

WTF is up with the wallet, having to type in the entire passphrase every time just to use it?

WTF is up with the shit website, it is absolute garbage.

WTF is up with all the hype regarding lisk, even though it is pretty much complete trash compared to any other coin I have used?

They have received more than $100 million in funding, yet they have 21 people in the team. You know there are companies with just $1 million in funding and have over 500 people in the team?

Lisk also has no progress. They have announced "Rebranding" for months, yet nothing has happened. The announced an SDK for years and nothing has happened. This is a really shit development team if you ask me.

In comparison to a more competent team, WAVES already had an SDK for ages now: https://wavesplatform.com/developers and a fucking API and a fucking Decentralized Exchange AND fucking mobile apps for both android and iOS: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wavesplatform.wallet / https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wavesplatform.wallet

So not only can you use waves in just javascript, but in more languages thanks to the SDK and API. They are also big in Russia and are working with the government. I have used both lisk and waves, if you have not used waves, seriously fucking try it out because you will cum yourself faster than with lisk. Just look at the website, look at the features, then USE IT, see how advanced this is.

Lisk comes out with a random announcement like "We are in development of SDK, it will come out 5 years from now" and The entire LISK community cums themselves left and right, and start masturbating and sucking each other's dicks about how great this will be in 5 years time, but LISK delays development to 10 years and still the entire community orgasms.

I'm really disappointed in LISK. Again I am a LISK holder, I just think it is TOTAL SHIT, but I hold because there are a bunch of idiots out there who will buy my lisk from me in the future. I think there will be a better LISK, another coin that also uses javascript and that coin will be superior, any coin is better than this shit, but since this is lisk subforum, feel free to jerk off and cum in your own mouth after hearing "lisk is good".

My interest cam back with last increases to find out the reason. Rebranding has done well in other projects it seems working here as well.So this recent spike in this market is because of rebranding ? I was bit away from Lisk since there are hundreds of new projects appeared in the market.

This fund will support innovating application based on sidechains which will provide real life interest such as assets generation, smart contract usages ...

More information coming soon ! Stay tuned ...

You need a pass Phrase that you wont have on poloniex. I Think best way to do it to have just the true crypti wallet, cause there are some issues with Poloniex and it will mark that my deposit exceed my balance Wink.So tonight at home i will use the crypti wallet for it.And also even after someone sended me 1 xcr i can only use 1 xcr from polo it simple dont see the rest.

I have already voted for Lisk to be listed on shapeshift.io , i wonder how heavily dumped Golem made earlier to shapeshift than lisk when lisk is more precious and heavily tradable than GNT.

agree
Isabella specifically asked to be unvoted several times and the other two are not lisk devs, just normal delegates.

My question is, LISK is a really bad coin. I have a lot of different coins, and LISK is one of the worst.

WTF is up with the wallet, having to type in the entire passphrase every time just to use it?  NO, YOU CAN USE COPY/PASTE

WTF is up with the shit website, it is absolute garbage. IT'S QUITE THOROUGH WITH EXTENSIVE DOCUMENTATION

WTF is up with all the hype regarding lisk, even though it is pretty much complete trash compared to any other coin I have used? IN WHAT WAY? 10 SECOND BLOCKS ARE QUITE FAST. LISK ISN'T JUST A COIN, IT'S A PLATFORM DESIGNED TO ALLOW DEVS TO LAUNCH THEIR CREATIONS OUT TO STANDALONE BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.

They have received more than $100 million in funding, yet they have 21 people in the team. You know there are companies with just $1 million in funding and have over 500 people in the team? LISK'S TEAM MEETS EVERY DAY IN AN OFFICE TO POUND OUT CODE IN A BUSINESS ATMOSPHERE. YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A TEAM THAT POUNDS OUT MORE CODE PER WEEK.

Lisk also has no progress. They have announced "Rebranding" for months, yet nothing has happened. The announced an SDK for years and nothing has happened. This is a really shit development team if you ask me. LISK HAS A TON OF PROGRESS, AND IT'S 100% TRANSPARENT ON GITHUB; YOU ONLY NEED LOOK TO SEE: https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk

THATS NICE; LISK TURNS APPS INTO STANDALONE NETWORKS, IT'S A DIFFERENT USE-CASE. WHERE WILL THOSE ICO TOKENS TURN WHEN THEY WISH TO SCALE? "SMART CONTRACT" CHAINS ARE COOL INDEED, BUT ALL THOSE CONTRACTS SHARE A SINGLE CHAIN AND HAVE LIMITED USE-CASES. LISK GIVES DEVS TOTAL CONTROL OF THEIR OWN DESTINY.

YES, MOST OF US ALSO LIKE WAVES, THEY ARE A GREAT TEAM. WE LOOK FORWARD TO PLENTY OF INTERACTION WITH THEM.

THE WHOLE PROJECT IS LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD, AND LISK HAS HAD AN SDK SINCE LAUNCH... HOW DO YOU THINK BLOCKSAFE GOT ONTO MAINNET? THE COMING SDK IS A NEW/IMPROVED PROTOCOL.

When projects begin launching out and MIT is holding Lisk hackathons, hopefully your opinion will change.
If it's any consolation, you're not alone feeling that way.
Most people don't quite understand what Lisk is doing, and compare it to other projects.
Lisk HQ is concentrating on developing tools to help devs make their ideas come to life,  and not in the biz of making trading platforms.
With that said; a platform can easily be made as a Lisk sidechain as egex.io is working on.

oh, and the reason i popped in:
