Waves wont be 3x ICO price on launch  it is overbought already by people who want to dump on launch, just like you. Waves is only longterm now, because of ICO hysteria, amount of funds is speculative not based on fundamentals and honest interest in project. Also no time window between ICO and exchange = DAO scenario. No time to create new demand for coin. |
