I'm neither a moron (i guess that's up for debate) nor a daytrader and I don't "get it" either.i can give you sound reasons for why I didn't invest in Lisk. So hold your horses there because I think there are plenty of lurkers in this thread who are on the edge about the project or just wanna see where it goes without investing. The main point here (and the big problem for us) is we have regular jobs. Because of this, we can’t spend more hours into the development of the application as we would want.

For this reason, I’m asking for votes from people who believes in Lisk and its application's developers.

I’m going to state this clear:

We want to drop out our regular jobs allowing us to be a full-time developers. Without the delegate funds it won’t be possible.

I hope that I am wrong, but I predict, that a lot of people will sell (at least some) lisk and buy into waves ico, if lisk is really coming out before end.
Just think about it. You made 20x with one ipo and there is another one coming out. Why should you not sell (at least a few) and get immediatelly on the next train, before it leaves? Many people don't think about the actual product, but only profit...
Don't understand me wrong, I am all for Lisk, thats why I propose a launch AFTER the Waves ico ends... its only a few days anyway...

It seems that a Lisk whale is putting on sell pressure on Polo. I have been observing the whole day today. Anytime lisk starts to rise, the same sell orders pop up and get removed before they get fulfilled. It seems that someone wants to buy more cheap lisks before the news comes in

What would be the motivation to do as you suggest? Cui bono?

by keeping the Lisk price artificially down with fake sell orders until 14th June investors in Lisk who exited for Waves will hope to reinvest their Waves profits back to Lisk at their Lisk exit price. selling Lisk at .0006 and buying back later at .0008 is not ideal. keeping Lisk at .0006 (or lower) is a perfect scenario. basically they want their cake and eat it.

Waves might have helped their ICO by extending it but if I was a early major investor I'd be concerned that the long ICO period coupled with short main net launch waiting period will mean that it will be starved of new investment input post-launch (overbought).

My congrats to every lisk longtime holders and bright future believers!
Despite the facts which caused almost at same time: BTC rising, waves ico went mad because of FOMO, bounty rewards released, blockchain issues, DAO - i'm very proud how lisk stands with it's price. The biggest benefit, from now I assume majority of weak hands gone to other alt's. Thanks to those who stayed with lisk. It should bring us more stable price since only true believers on the board now.

With all those events and the stabilized price for LSK it promises a great future and a strong investors's community.
Let's see in the next months.

I put 12 BTC into Lisk and 12 BTC into waves. I dumped 30% of my lisk to cover my costs and buy a new laptop plus keep some spare btc. The rest I am keeping becasue the potential with this coin is awesome. 0.01 is the sweet spot to sell for me.

For waves I will dump 80% immediatelly as its just hyped up really lol. I regret buying so much of it after I saw 30k bitcoin into it. I fear I will lose hard on waves as too many people bought into it people are right. Where are we going to find new people to buy it when every single person in the crypto community has heard about it lol? Anyway I hope waves makes me x2 maximum at the beginning but will have to be quick to dump. Or forever hold that beautiful bag.

I also agree with others if lisk is a scam then dump the coins. I will buy loads if it goes to 50k as even for short term swing trading thats the 100% safe zone. I saw exactly the same thing happening with ETH. Just dump those coins I beg you
