And criminals are wise enough whether it is with fiat or bitcoin. In reality, bitcoin is really being used and abused by those type of people just to get satisfied their own purpose for being related in illegal activities.

yes just like other currencies bitcoin may also be used for some illegal activities but it is not necessary, i think there will  be very little chance for that as most of the educated people still do not know any thing about bitcoin so how there criminal kind of people can know about that.

Why not. More than banking criminals will love to use bitcoin fit they illegal transaction because bitcoin is anonymous and will help them to stay hidden from the bright. Also in silk road bitcoin is highly used because it doesn't have  much transaction charge, it doesn't have any barriers, it is pseudonymous and no one could ever track the transaction owner. So it's ease to use bitcoin for illegal activities.

This is not entirely right, criminals are mostly still using fiat for their illegal business bitcoin is just a small part of it, and second unless you take measures tracking your bitcoin transactions is very easy and there have been some raids that closed down some of those dark marketplaces.

The system cannot be change, it was designed this way and that system makes the people love bitcoin. If you are trying to eliminate the illegal users of bitcoin you cannot eliminate the system but them, it's the duty of the government to trace this kind of people and I believe they have the capacity to do it.

It depends on a certain country, there are countries that online gambling is illegal but because of bitcoin they gamble easily, and look at this.. even kids nowadays can easily do gambling because there's no restriction in a gambling sight aside from asking you if you are minor or not but they do not see you.
