Im not a pro or expert, but for fruits and vegetables are still one of the best foods for fat.

Many healthy foods, one of which is to eat vegetables and reduce oily foods. Get used to a healthy life, do not be easily tempted good food but not healthy. so i try a healthy diet

Dont make yourself being fat, cause you can only work for a limited time. And youre prone to different disease if your fat. Love your body.

Eat like sumo wrestlers they eat 20,000 calories, which is pretty astounding when you consider that the recommended daily intake for a healthy, active male is 2,500. They eat 10 times what a normal male eats and all of it’s done in two massive 10,000-calorie meals. The stew is full of fresh veggies, tofu, fish and either pork, chicken or beef.

Here are some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight:

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc.
Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others.
High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream.
Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil.
Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice.
Meat: Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc. Choose fattier cuts.
Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams.
Dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola, trail mixes.

Now there is very little healthy food. Yes, you can only eat carbohydrate-rich foods, but you need vitamins and proteins. Ie if something is removed from the diet it must be replaced with something. Just change your mindset. Forcing yourself to eat a magic diet is not going to do much. Just have to exercise more and eat less junk, and have that be part of your natural routine.

Food that is balance. You should have fruits, vegetables and also meat. Don't go for fatty or oily foods it will hinder proper blood circulation. Salty and sweet foods will possibly lead to urinary tract infections.

If you want to live healthy, actually not only from the type of food, but diet and lifestyle should also be good. For example me, I only eat simple rice and side dishes such as tofu, sambal and vegetables, but I like to exercise and eat 3 times a day without dinner.
