my question for hopenotlate if 10 btc is a big win?

Considering MoneyPot bankroll is around 1070 BTC that  10BTC win on EXO caused a 1% decrease on MP bankroll and therefore on investors profit (if I'm not wrong on how investments work on MP).

So I'd answer yes: 10BTC is quite a big win from am investor point of view and it would be a beautiful win from a player point of view.

I'd like very much a 10BTC win if it's what you meant.

most of the people who have ever invested anything knows the risks, if they don't , they will learn it by losses and gains; anyway i would believe that they won't be panic with that loss.

You are exactly correct: no panic at all for that 1% loss but just curiosity for the reason of it.
And by the way half of it has been already recovered.

Yes I don't understand why people are complaining about such a small loss. Look at happened to Bitfinex last month, everybody lost 30% of their entire balance on there. It wasn't only BTC balances but many who were loaning USD suffered also.

just because  I was curious to know the sudden drop in profit that I happened to check twice yesterday and noticed a unusual difference (unusual for the short time interval between first and second check).

But for some reason that post of mine has been intertreted as a complaint but which , I repeat myself here, it wasn't.

can you show me where I can see that the BR is 350 BTC? it looks to me that  you are mistakenly talk about BR instead of investor profit.

to be frank I would be more concerned that the BR is 1080 BTC right now and it was about 1500 BTC not long ago

I noticed investors change habits as some come and go. Few months back investors played and invested. Now most just invest and not play. It probably changes over time.

we are concerned about the BR drop because we are an app owner and big BR attracts players

Investors come and go.  I don't think any players are going to be deferred from playing because the average max bet of 15btc is now only 10.8btc. 

I kind of think it's silly to be concerned about temporary dips.

On the whole, Moneypot has good profits, decent volume in bets wagered and number of bets made daily.  It is still progressing and hasn't even had any of the new developments introduced yet.

Your last point is one of the problems...you guys have promised a lot of advancements and developments, but we've yet to see any of them implemented.

Is this for real? Moneypot's official email is not support@moneypot.com (or something along these lines, with their domain in address) but google mail instead?
No wonder people are confused and are asking if this is some weird phishing attempt. IMO it is not professional when company is using public mails for business purposes.
