Could some update come out to solve this?

Try the 15.12 drivers on your R9 380x - though if it's a 2GB card you may be out of luck as the DAG file is hitting the range that "DAG file + misc other needed stuff" won't fit on 2GB cards any more.
Someone suggested pairing 2GB cards up with a 3GB+ card as primary still lets the 2GB cards mine for now.
2GB cards work find for mining ZEC, though the only decent reputable software for ZEC with competitive hashrates is Windows based (Claymore for AMD, NiceHash eqm for NVidia).
My card has 4GB RAM and it works with claymore's miner, but not with genoil's, that's why I don't understand what is happening. :S try with, i remember i had to add this on one of my computer --opencl platform 1 It worked, thank you!  |

There are serious issues with this miner on Win10 when mining on multiple AMD GPUs (more than 2) ... CPU is overloaded and shares not validated on the pool. Anyone has a solution for this?

I don't know. I'm not actively developing my ethminer fork any longer.
Guys, this miner is dead. Genoil won't improve it anymore. |

Not useful as it yields the same as genoil and does not take 2% te rate
Even for me Claymore's got the code of the genoil that is free and made a program less efficient

Something is wrong with Win10 if the CPU is getting overloaded.
I don't see that under Ubuntu 14.04 running *3* R9 290 on a single Sempron 145.
Are you running those garbage Relive drivers?
If so, roll back to 16.10.1 or so as the 16.12.x drivers so far have proven to be BLOATED JUNK that negatively impacts hashrate.
