I wanted a pizza but all I could find in the fridge is fish sticks.

Why you not just make some delivery order?
Exchange some BTC to fiat money and buy them via online.  Smiley

Interesting offer, but that too expensive. I could do it for 200k BTC. 1-day delivery (Private Plane).

I just want to report that I successfully traded 10,000 bitcoins for pizza.

Pictures: http://heliacal.net/~solar/bitcoin/pizza/

Thanks jercos!

I wonder if Jercos still has his/her BTC10,000?

At $3.7M, that would be a tidy little balance in a wallet!

of course i will buy 10pizza everyday
because 10.000 is very small amount, i can earning 100.000/day from faucet

Is not stand for 10,000 satoshies i think.
Normally pizza price around $5-15
If 10,000 satoshies mean $5

Then 1BTC = $50,000  Shocked
yess you right
but we did'nt know when bitoin price will be hit 50.000$

the next problem is about "high fee"

Probably not, if you'll take a look on his bitcointalk profile, he was last active on 2014 so definitely he's still alive after he knew that he just a bought a box of pizza for million dollars Cheesy

Or maybe he didn't commit suicide, maybe he become serial killer after that. Took a gun and started to shoot people around.

Laszlo would have been a millionaire alone with the bitcoins he spent with buying pizza. I wonder if he regrets it at all.

(Sigh) a relic of a time long past. I wonder if this guy still uses bitcoin. Maybe he's forgotten about bitcoin, and next time he hears about bitcoin on the news, he'll be like, "oh yeah, I have a million bitcoin somewhere on that USB!"

If you checked his last messages he doesn't have any regret. He's living a decent life and he's one of the legends in Bitcoin community. He said it was a very good deal at that time.

Satoshi and most of those involved in the early times of Bitcoin were primarily interested in the potential to revolutionize finance and decentralize the control of money. Bitcoin was not developed out of a desire by a few to become millionaires

that's the big difference between bitcoin and the countless shitcoins out there

that's why you don't see people like Laszlo regretting that they gave away lots of bitcoins to new users or paid 10k for pizza as part of an experiment

Bitcoin was not developed out of a desire by a few to become millionaires
That doesn't change the fact it did happen, and it is used for a lot of speculation now...
