technically it is possible, but practically you have no chance to solve the block if you are just home kina miner, unless you got big farm of gpus under control - they you can try.

there is 2932.8995MH/s in the network according to explorer : http://bitsend.midnightminer.net/

and "The ccMiner fork from krnlx is reported to provide 3.3+ MHS on Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 and around 6 MHS on Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPUs according to the author."

Well I'm pretty new.. I've been mining since june and had all my earnings converted to BTC. Now I'm exploring other coins to HODL.

It was a genuine question...... Will BSD go up in value?

If I ever figure out how to know that for sure, I will let all know.  (After I retire, of course)

However, as an educated guess, there does not seem to be any reason to suspect that BSD won't keep rising as more ppl enter into the market.  Long term goals with active Devs making progress toward them is about as good as you can ask for in these coins.

I got some issue with my wallet need your advice.

Initially, I choose desktop one of the folder as a location for all the backups and to install wallet. But yesterday, when I was opening wallet by mistake, choose the location as a default location and wallet started synchronising from the day one but after all complete, I don't see my coins in my wallet.

Need your advice to recover back my coins. I have an old backup wallet.dat file.

Thanks for your help.
start your wallet by <Start>+<R> then type "bitsend-qt -choosedatadir" and click <OK> (or press <Enter>). You'll be able to choose the previous data dir that contains your wallet and the most recently synchronized copy of the BSD blockchain.

Thanks for your information but didn't understand where a need to type "<Start>+<R>"? I didn't understand this part. Please help on this.

I usually double click bitsend-qt file to open bitsend wallet. Thank you.

Well looking only at the charts it looks really promising.. Going up with only a few minor corrections before the next rise comes again. We will see where the correction will stop this time, but looking back at the continous growth I presume we can get higher.

People selling now will probably take a 25-40% return from the weeks before or from a few longer holders. But I think there is a large enough backup of holders and the ones more believing in the longterm of BitSend. Like me I must say. So nothing that can confirm my 2 satoshi's  Roll Eyes

I just bought some extra before (I hope) we break the 1$ price again.

Im betting yes, BSD will increase in value. Not sure how it could go down in value. Buy a couple MN's worth and get busy.

Thanks for your information but didn't understand where a need to type "<Start>+<R>"? I didn't understand this part. Please help on this.

I usually double click bitsend-qt file to open bitsend wallet. Thank you.
<Start>+<R> means to press the "windows"/"orb" key on the keyboard and (while keeping it pressed) press the <R> key (also on the keyboard). That will open a "run program" box where you can type the "bitsend-qt -choosedatadir" text then click <Ok> or press the <Enter> key...
An alternative solution would be to right-click on the "bitsend-qt" file and choose "Send to" -> "Desktop (create shortcut)", then right-click on the newly created shortcut, select "Properties"  and append " -choosedatadir" at the end the command field. After that you can double-click on the shortcut...

I have the strange feeling that I'm teaching somebody to operate a computer...
