Had the same issue. Install virtualbox or something like this or ask a friend. You didn't lose anything so far. Theoretically someone should do the exchange for you, but be careful if you trust people on the internet...

Edit: Theoretically you should be able to withdraw your footy coins on cryptopia and send the to coinexchange. Haven't thought of this before. Just make sure to test with a small amount (1 coin) first.

Its good to see Footycash on Livecoin, now I must open an account on there so I can start voting, we need more exchanges as we can see since this Cryptopia mess the coin has dropped in value a lot. Dev will you be trying to get Footycash listed on Cryptopia after the swap is complete? I think we need this exchange or an exchange similar like Novaexchange. Nova also has free voting and paid votes and if the community helps out we could be listed on there in a matter of a week or two. Not sure what the fee is though to get listed on Nova but I don't believe it is all that much.

Soooo, I have a Mac and the wallet on Github listed before is only for Windows. What can I do to swap my coins?

I'm fairly new to this so I'll just get that out of the way. I downloaded the wallet and now it is saying "out of sync, syncing with network, 42 hours behind." Just want to know how to resolve this issue so I can deposit my coins from the exchange. When I try to send currently I get "This is an invalid address.  

Edit: Nevermind I fixed it. Read the steps and figured out how to do the addnode thing.

What anti-virus do you have on your system? My Kaspersky anti-virus keeps on saying malware detected and keeps on deleting the footycash-qt executable file

1. goto  C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\FootyCashV2
2. open footycash.conf with notepad
3. copy paste: addnode=132.148.90.48:17017 -> save file

How do  i add new node??

In the step 2, addnode is needed as I have not created a DNS seed yet:

addnode=132.148.90.48:17017

Click 'Help' from the menu and then 'debug window' and click on the console tab

enter
addnode 132.148.90.48:17017 add

then enter
addnode 132.148.90.48:17017 onetry

First line should add the node to you peers list and then the second command make it connect to the node.


So I sent 5000 FOOT into a master node so now waiting on my first master node reward.

My Master Node rewards are coming in and all seems to be working good.
